Chapter 16

Liam is sitting at an empty two table chair at Juniors, drinking his coffee the next morning. His legs are shaking, not being still. He is meeting someone.

"Liam?" The person calls for.

"Thank you. I'm so glad you came. I would talk to Mason about all of this but I'm mad at him right now, Corey hates me, I don't really know Hikari, and I can't stand to be around Brett and Theo. You were my last hope." Liam tells the person, and he was right. He doesn't have anyone left, he's even surprised that the person he texted came.

"Liam, you are my friend. I will always make time for you." Hayden said sitting in the empty chair, opposite of him. "So, what's up?"

Should Liam really be telling Hayden this? Should he make up with Mason? He should call Lydia, or maybe even Isaac. Isaac always listens to him. But they are in Beacon Hills, and he's at college so Hayden is his only hope. Plus she knows everything that happened at Liam's home when he was suspended.

"Tierny came to see me last night." Liam finally tells her after the awkward silence. The silence grows even more as Hayden is stunned and Liam still not over from the previous night.

"Oh. Wow. That's a surprise. How is she? Why did she come?"

Last night.

Liam walks back into his dorm room, and he looks at Tierny sitting on his bed.

"Liam?"

"Tierny? What are you doing here?"

"She missed you."

Liam turns around to see Scott leaning on the wall. How did Liam miss that?

"I'm not the only one who came." Tierny tells Liam.

"Hi, sweetie."

Liam knows that voice, and he is not happy. He turns around to see Allison standing behind him.

"Maybe we should have met again under better circumstances."

"Why the hell are you here?" Liam asks Allison not being happy to see her. After the stunt she pulled when he was suspended, he never wants to see Allison again.

"I can't come to see my own son while he's at college?"

"No you cannot. Leave, I told you I want to never see you again."

"Liam." Scott calls, stepping into the conversation. "You should listen to what she has to say."

"Why should I? She wants to take me away from everyone. I don't want to live with that person I have to call Mom." Liam cries.

The day Allison came to see Liam during his suspension, she told him that she was going to fight for custody of Liam. Liam didn't want to leave the people he loved so he told her no and that he never wanted to see her again. But now she is back, telling him that she still wants custody of him, and Liam still doesn't like it.

"Liam, alright that's enough. She is your mother, you have to be respectful."

"I don't have to be respectful to her. If she wants my respect she would not have left my life for years, along with taking away my sister."

"Liam, I am sorry for what I did, I really am. But I want to be apart of your life now, and make up for that lost time." Allison tells him. Is she really sorry for leaving his life, Liam questions to hisself.

"I'm going to go for a walk. When I get back, I want you all gone." Liam walks out of the room through his dorm door furiously, walking down the hallway.
