New Chapter (A Thiam Story)

Chapter 10

You know, the few weeks of Theo's time has been good ever since he stopped talking to Liam. He got his grades up, his attendance was good, and his plan to get revenge on Liam worked. He was doing fine until one faithful football practice.

He was sitting on the bench watching his team play, when all of a sudden, he gets punched in the face by the guy he wasn't talking to. As Liam is straddling him, punching him, Theo is blocking Liam's punches a much as he can, when he soon feels Liam get pulled off by his friends Corey and Brett.

"I FUCKING HATE YOU RAEKEN!" Liam yells. Theo knew about Liam's IED, he just never thought he'll experience one of his breakouts after they were no longer friends. Theo watches as Hayden, Mason, and Hikari run up to them.

Theo stands on his feet, covering his bloody nose with his hand. "What the fuck are you talking about? I didn't do anything to you!" Theo defends hisself, and his team starts to defend him.

"LIAM!" Mason calls. Theo watches as Liam starts to calm down, while Brett is still holding him. Very tightly. Liam frees hisself from Brett's arms going back to Theo, but Corey grabs his arm, stopping him.

"I'm going to kill you." Liam threatens to Theo.

"For what? I didn't do anything to you." Theo lies and he knows it.

"So you didn't kiss Hayden? Because that's what I heard."

"Why are you believing everything you hear?"

"Hayden, earlier you wanted to tell me something. What was it?" Liam asks and everyone's attention went straight to Hayden. She was becoming tongue tide, till Hikari steps in.

"She's not going to answer that question, especially with you being in that state."

"You're the one who told me about it!"

"I didn't know you were her boyfriend."

"ALRIGHT THATS ENOUGH. FROM ALL OF YOU." The football coach and the lacrosse coach both yelled.

They look mad, and Theo knows he's about to be in deep water. Soon later, some guy Theo has never seen steps in.

"I think everything is just miscommunication."

"It's not Isaac, trust me."

So Liam knows the guy? Is it his Dad? But no, his Dad is the guy with the black hair. Oh, it's Liam's second Dad, Theo catches on.

"Who the hell are you?" The lacrosse coach asks.

"I'm Isaac Lahey, Liam's step-dad. I believe you know him, he's on your lacrosse team."

Theo starts to look confuse, because he knows that Liam didn't make the lacrosse team. Theo's eyes shoot straight towards Liam as Liam's eyes starts to have regret and/or embarrassment in them. Theo feels bad about the situation already, before it even started.

The lacrosse coach laughs. "You think Dunbar is on the team? He begged me this morning to give him another shot, because he did terrible at tryouts. He's not on the team. He is a terrible ass player."

Liam looks like he wants to cry, and Theo wants to be a good friend and comfort him. But he remembers that they are no longer friends.

"Liam, is this true?" Isaac asks not wanting to believe the coach. But Liam nods. Isaac scoffs and he just walks away.

"Isaac, wait." Liam cries as he follows him.

"I want you to stay after practice Raeken, and you." The football coach points at Brett, Corey, Mason, Hayden, and Hikari one by one. "With your friend Liam there and Raeken here, are all going to go to see Mr.Stewart."
