Gabryela’s POV

I was lying on my bed and I heard a knock on my door

“Señorita Dulce tu papá quiere hablarte un (Your papá wants to talk to you)” Nuestra criada dijo (Our maid said)

“Dile a papá que voy (Tell papá I’m coming)” I said

“Si Señorita (Yes Señorita)” the maid said
I got up off my bed and fix myself and go to my father’s office. I knocked on his door

“Adelante (Come in)” I heard my papá said
I entered the room and as I expected my papá was now facing me

“de que quieres hablar papá? (what do you want to talk about papá?)” I asked

“I want you to go to the Philippines and live there for a while” Papá said

I was surprised but I was able to recover, I want to ask my father but I kept my mouth shut. I know my father, he won’t let me live there if he doesn’t have any plans. Therefore, it’s okay with me cause my mother came from that country and somehow I’m not gonna have any problem on that country cause I know its language let’s just say that my mother taught me to speak their language on the Philippines, but still I don’t have any ideas on what’s going on my father’s mind.

“When?” I asked my papá

“Tomorrow” He said

“Alright, I’m gonna pack my things now” I said but before I walk away my father said

“You don’t need to pack your things anak because you already have your things on that country, all you need to bring is your gadgets and some of your important things, and also anak your Ate Lau will be with you, and anak please even if you’re not on this country please hide your identity as my daughter I don’t want you to be In danger can you promise me that anak?” My father asked

“Sure, papá I promise, but wait does mamá knows that I’m leaving?” I asked

“Yes anak, she knows” My father said

“Ok papá hahaha I’ll go now I need to pack my gadgets” I said

I walked out on my father’s office and I go straight to my room to pack my things for my flight tomorrow.

I already packed my things. I was about to sit but I’ve a knock on my door and guess who it was my ate Lau.

“Hola, listo para mañana? (Hi, ready for tomorrow?)” Ate Lau asked

“supongo que sí (I guess so)” I answered

“Hahaha, be ready hermanita (Baby sis), both of us needs to speak their language there” Ate Lau said

“I know” I said

“Did papá asked you to hide your identity again?” Ate Lau asked

“Papá always ask me to do that ate whether I like or I like it, it’s for my safety said by our papá” I said

“Okay, you better rest we have a long flight tomorrow” Ate Lau said as she leaves my room.

Our flight tomorrow will just take 13.17 hours to arrive at the Philippines, did I said that we’ll be using one of our private planes? Our papá doesn’t allow us to ride on some planes with a lot of people on it, its for our safety said by my papá again, I’m gonna miss this place I don’t even know for how long would me and ate Lau will stay there.
