"Win, wake up. It's your day off, right?" Mama's voice in my dream asked.

"Ngh, let me sleep."

"Win. Bright is here for a date."

"Mmm... W-what?!"

I was startled and woke up. Bright what? Bright when? Bright how?!!! I fell off the bed, and Mama stared at me with a displeased look. She then laughed, looking at me.

"You don't have to react like that~ I know he's such a handsome, hot charm. Not get your ass up, and don't make the prince wait." she winked at me before going out of the room.

What? Didn't I act moody yesterday and reject him? What happened overnight? Why is he here?

I groaned and rolled to my bed again. I wanted to sleep so badly. At least to make the dark circles under my eyes disappear. I looked like an old panda who was about to die. It was already embarrassing yesterday... Thinking about what happened yesterday, a silly idea popped up in my mind.

I stood on my bed and opened the curtains peeking outside at the front garden. There was a black Ferrari. For as long as I can remember, we didn't have one. So the shithead had some balls, huh? Thinking about it, I smirked, getting down from the bed.

I looked at myself in the mirror. I had a thin line of saliva from the right side of my lips down to the chin. It was almost unnoticeable but not a really pleasant sight to see. My eyes not only had dark circles but also looked heavy with bags underneath them. My hair stuck out from everywhere, creating a heavy mess on my head. The loose T-shirt I wore last night was hanging like a rag covering my thighs. My shorts were almost unseen because of the long T-shirt. Perfect.

I took out my flip-flops and wore them. Thinking once and twice about whether the idea was good, I decided to play along since it sounded fun.

Bright wants a date with me, so here I come.

Still, until today I regret the decision I took on that day. I wish I could've dolled myself up and seduced him on the spot on our first date. But I went down the stairs looking like a beggar just to piss him off and to make him reject me.

I slowly opened the door and snuck outside. My jaw dropped at the sight.

It was Bright, wearing a simple white short-sleeved shirt along with black pants. He was wearing a dark brown canvas which didn't match well with his outfit. But it did look good with his skin tone. He was looking through his phone, and by my angle, he looked like a damn model at a modelling site playing a perfect pose.

I argued with myself about whether to go back inside and doll myself up or at least wear something pleasant. Cannot forget the fact that I didn't even brush my teeth.

I cleared my throat, tilting my head. Bright's attention averted to my direction, and a small smile grew on his lips. For some reason, I saw a glimmer in his eyes, not displease or disgust. Without coming to me, he first opened the door to the driver's seat, taking something out. It was a huge bouquet of roses. They were crimson red, and it was enough to grab my full attention.

Bright kept short strides toward me and handed over the bouquet to me. I looked at his face and the flowers again and again for a while. Hesitating, I took the bouquet. Damn it, did he win? Nah.

"I dislike roses," I said directly. Though I loved roses, I mostly loved hydrangeas. Both looked nice and smelled lovely. Well, I honestly loved the bouquet he gave me.

"Oh, then what do you like?" Bright asked.

"You know. I love flowers that stink. For example, the Rafflesia. Try to give me one of them."
