Soulmates are a funny thing. Words on your skin that match another. Aife was no different. The words written on her wrist are 'Two Demons' in Arabic.
(I have added this story to Ao3 so if you see it there, that's why)

The Waynes plus Aife all sat down for dinner. Dick was bouncing joyfully as one of his 'Paris kids' was staying in the manor. Jason was also happy seeing as Aife was his favourite. Tim was delighted for the pure reason that Chloe was also in Gotham. The rest of the family didn't know her tho. So their feelings were different.
Alfred likes Aife on first opinions. She was friendly towards Damian and he was nice back. Steph thought she looked cool with her metal arm and all. Both Cassandra and Bruse were wearier than the girl. Not in a bad way just they didn't know her. However, they both saw that Damian was happy to be around her and was overjoyed by that fact.
Throw the whole dinner the Waynes noticed how well-mannered Aife was. She was quite yes but did talk more than Dick, Jason, and Tim thought she would. By the end of dinner, the family had decided to play games together. Was this Dicks idea? Yes. But the whole family decided to participate. Well, Damian more reluctantly agreed.
The first game was Snakes and Ladders. Jason won and shoved it in everyone's face. The second game was Guess Who. Everyone vs. each other once. The person who won the most games won overall. To everyone's surprise - Damian, Aife came out on top. The last game was rounds of Ultimate Mecha Strike III. Tim won but Steph had given him a good fight at the end of that they all went to bed. Aife's room was right next to Damian's. The two shared a kiss before going to bed.
Unknown to them Cass watched from the bat computer. She simply shut off the stream, deleted the footage, and suited up for patrol.
The morning came and Aife got up at her normal time of 4:30 am. She just had a shower and then got changed. Seeing as she was done by 4:45 am she decided to do some makeup as she had nothing else to do. By 5:30 am she was done. Bored she left her room and walked downstairs.
She walked into the kitchen to get some coffee only to be greeted by Alfred. "Good morning Miss Fury," "Good morning Mr Pennyworth," Aife replies. "Do you have any coffee?" She asks. "Yes. Would you like me to make you some?" He replies. "No thank you, I got it,"
After making coffee Aife looked over to see what Alfred was doing. He was making some batter for what she assumed was breakfast. "Hey, Mr Pennyworth can I help?" She asked. "Call me Alfred Miss Fury. Also, you don't have to help really," He says back. "Oh, please let me help you out. I've got nothing else to do," Aife says back ignoring the request to call him Alferd. "Also if you want me to call you Alferd I request you call me Aife," She continued. "Very well. Could you cut up some fruit then put it in the fridge, Miss Aife," "I currently can Mr Alfred."
The bat fam woke up to Alfred and Aife setting the table and having a calm discussion about flowers.
After breakfast, Damian took Aife on a tour of the manor. The two talked and decided that they would most certainly spend some time in the library. As they backtracked their way to the kitchen they saw Dick in one of the gyms doing acrobatics. Aife walked in Damian followed behind. "Aife! Damian! What are you to doing?" He asked. "Walking around the manor," Aife said back. Dick smiled came down from the bar he was perched on and walked over to the two. "You two want to do some gymnastics?" He asked smiling. "I would but I don't have my workout clothes, there in my room," Aife says. While she does want to do some gymnastics she was not wearing appropriate clothes. "You can change," Damian says from behind. "Great I'll be waiting here for you two!" Dick shouts as he runs to the bars again.
Long story short when the two got back Dick learned two things. One, Aife is super flexible and strong. Two, she has got some nasty scars on her back. They looked like whip marks. He was going to do some investigating later. Jason then walked into Dick and Aife both bent in half talking like it is the most normal thing in the world.
He didn't see Aife's scars as her back wasn't facing the way he had walked in. He did see, however, Damian being flustered. To which he kept in the back of his mind to bully him about later. "Yo! I call dibs on Aife next," He says. "You can't call dibs on her Todd," "Hush, demon brat"
After about 15 minutes later Jason finally saw Aife's back, and he just took her. Dick complained from the room they had now left and Damian followed quickly behind. Jason dragged her to the shooting range. To Jason's surprise and Damian's pride, Aife was an expert in gunwork. She never missed. Jason to say the least, was very proud of his new gun buddy. But also wary as it's not a normal skill to have so good at her age.
Lunch came and Dick and Jason could not shut up about what they did with Aife. Neither mentioned the scars. Aife who had changed had no visible scars. Hearing this Steph and Cass wanted her next. Well, Steph did. Cassandra just came along. After lunch, Steph had the girls do the hair and makeup. They were happy with it. They talked for a bit. Aife was getting a little fed up with human interaction.
So soon she left and found Damian. He took her to the library. They read for a while. Aife eventually got bored of reading so she put her book down gaining Damian's attention. Before he could question what she was doing she cuddled up on him and fell asleep.
Bruce walked into the library to find Damian and Aife cuddling. Aife appeared to be asleep as Damian held a book in one hand the other scratching Aife's head. Damian looked so calm and happy. The small smile on his face helped with that conclusion. So Bruse left the room trying to figure out just who this girl was.
Dinner came and Aife was all anyone could talk about. Steph was talking about how much fun she and Cassandra had with Aife. To which Dick and Jason brought up what they did. Aife said nothing the whole dinner.
All the bat family were really happy at the fact that Aife was staying with them for the rest of the month.
