Soulmates are a funny thing. Words on your skin that match another. Aife was no different. The words written on her wrist are 'Two Demons' in Arabic.

The two awoke the next morning. Aife got up before Damian. She got up from the couch and went to make breakfast. Before she could even crake the first egg on the pan Damian greeted her good morning. Her moving had woken the light sleeper. He started on toast as Aife prepared the eggs. They worked in silence seeing as Damian had discovered after the first morning Aife was not one for conversation in the morning. Tho in the back of Aife's mind were the thoughts on how she was going to show Damian her magic.
An idea popped into her head.
"Damian, where is your favourite place to go?" She asked plating the eggs. "What do you mean beloved?" He asks back. Aife blushed at the nickname. "Like forset vs beach," She exsplanis. "Well, I like the forest. From the top of a hill or moutan. As well as, rivers and waterfalls," He answers back. "Why?" He questions as he butters the toast. "I've got something to show you after breakfast," Aife says taking her plate to the table.
After the two finished breakfast. Aife brought Damian into a room of her house. It was completely white. White walls, floor and roof. There was a white mattress on the floor with one big white pillow that was up against the wall. Aife sat on the mattress and patted the side next to you. To say Damian was confused would be an understatement. He sits down next to her. "What is this room, Amira?" He asks. Aife let out a giggle at his confused face before reaching her hand out. It was soon encased in a teal green shiny smoke. Damian's eyes lit up at his soulmate's magic. The teal green made itself into a ball then shot up and hit the roof.
The once-white room was now a beautiful site. They appeared to be sitting on the top of a mountain overlooking a forest. You could see a river cutting it's way throw the forest. Damian looked all around. He saw it looked like the two were sitting in the grass underneath a tree. He reached to touch the tree only to find it felt like a pillow. "Sorry, it's only an illusion. So no sound. No nothing really." Aife says. Damian looks at her with a spark that if anyone who knew him saw would send the running screaming he had been replaced by some clone. "Is this what you wanted to show me?" He asks. "This and one more thing. I thought myself how to do illusion magic. I don't know if things had been different if I would know more or less about magic. But I knew I could do it, something inside me told me I could. So I worked on it when I had free time. Been getting a lot better once I wasn't in... well once my Dad saved me from HYDRA. Damian put his hand on Aife's shoulder. He knew he should change the subject, however, he was still taking in the whole my soulmate is magic thing. Then it clicked. "What was the other thing you wanted to show me?" He asked. Aife looked at him a gave a soft smile. "Come on, ill show you," She says as she gets up.
She leads him to the observing room of the in-home gym. One that Damian had taken a liking to as you could see if someone was in the gym without needing to accidentally interrupt their training. "Stay here, I'm going to go into the gym to show you seeing as it is the only room that can go to the temp that is needed," Aife explains. "Alright," Damian says back as he watches her leave the room.
She enters the gym and hits a button. Some form of glass walls covers all the equipment. Damian looked around to check if it was all the equipment. As he looked at the last peise of equipment he saw frost on the glass forming. It makes him panic as he turns his head to find Aife.
She was blue.
Not the blue human skin turns when cold. The blue went halfway up her legs and arm. As well as on her face tho it more looked like a mask. There were light blue markings on the parts that were blue. Her eyes were now red. (If you need a visual go to the prologue)
To say Damian had a mild freak out internally was saying something.
The two spent the rest of the day together. Then at the end of the day, Damian stopped Aife before they separated for bed. "Beloved?" He said. Aife hummed in response facing him. She really did think that he was just saying good night. "Beloved would you do me the honour of being my girlfriend?" He asked his hand now on her cheek. Aife was not expecting that out of everything to be said. She gave him a soft smile. "I would be honoured to be your girlfriend, Damian," She said back. Damian gave her a soft kiss before bidding her the goodnight she had thought she was going to originally give her.
Monday rolled around and on the walk to Marinette's the two discussed if they would tell the rest of the Miraculous Squad. Aife wanted to tell her friend. Damian also did. Tho he didn't want to tell his family. Not just yet. However, the two did decide to only tell people who aren't going to leak it to the media. So the Miraculous Squad. The two literally went the whole day acting like nothing had changed. Told Chloe their date was nice and that they just broke out of the Eiffel Tower. Which she believed. So now the group was on the way back to Nino's. It was going to be a quick stop before they all went for ice cream. Jon was complaining about he would never find his soulmate as Nino opened the door. Damian is just about down with his complaining.
You see after a lot of talking and literal two words Aife and Damian piece together that Jon and Nino were soulmates themselves. Jon has his mark out yet covers it with a watch because of the wrist it's on. He would let anyone who asked know. Damian told Aife that Jons mark said 'super turtle' and then it clicked in her head. Which she told Damian. He had asked where in the world turtles came from. Since this was before they mated she just said they were Nino's favourite animal. This makes sense since Jon's favourite hero is his dad.
"Hey before we leave for ice cream, we have to tell you guys something," Aife says right before Chloe opened the door to leave. "What is it Aife," Adrian asked. "Me and Damian are soulmates," Everything was quiet. Till it wasn't and everything turned to chaos. They all calmed down quickly, however. Chloe was now hugging Aife saying she just knew it. While Jon was on Damian. "Darn now I owe Jaime $20," Jon said. "You made a bet on me?" Damian said irritated. "Well, more who would meet their soulmate first me or you, I'm never going to find mine at this rate," Jon explains. Damian was so done with Jon's complaining. Nino came to comfort Jon as he complained more. Aife looked to see Damian also murdering Jon with his glare. So she walked over to Jon took off his watch shoved his writs in Nino's face and walked away now holding Damian's hand. "I'm getting ice cream come find us after you are done with the shock,"
