"kookie, do you feel alright now?", Jin asked. The younger lay on his sofa while his head was in the elder's lap. The elder caressed his scalp in gentle messages. Since he came to his apartment, it's been two hours and he's cried his heart out in front of him. He seemed calmer now, just sniffling here and there. "you know, crying is a good way to relieve your nerves but it eventually doesn't solve anything, baby". the younger didn't respond, just turning and hiding his face in the elder's lap further. The elder giggled at that and said, "I will never understand how can a muscle bunny like you cries like a baby in front of me. But you know what, if you truly love him then I assure you, what you thought and are doing, is right. though you could've chosen to share that with him rather than avoiding him for so long the intention was pure, and knowing how distant you get when something is bothering you, I think he will forgive you for that"
The ravenette finally lifted himself and faced Jin, "you think so?"
The elder nodded and caressed his damp cheeks, "I believe so"
"Now c'mon, place your luggage somewhere. You're coming with me as I couldn't cook you anything"
"But where are we going? I just came home", the younger whined like a baby.
"I bet, your parents wouldn't appreciate you calling my apartment, 'your home'"
"Well, I feel homier here than I do there"
"did you inform them about your visit?"
The younger shook his head and pouted hard, "will you kick me out now?", he asked."you know, I wouldn't. Do as you please"
the younger threw himself again and hugged the elder like a happy child. Jungkook was a beautiful contrast. The responsible, well-built, handsome tourism professional of FlyHigh Tourisms was just a baby bunny in front of his Jin hyung. Whining, complaining, crying, throwing tantrums like a kid, laying in his lap and venting out all that bothers him. He wasn't this person in front of anyone else apart from his hyung and Jin loved him with every bit of him. Giving all the love he deserved.
Jin was his cousin and his best confidant. When the elder came out as an asexual, nobody in their family understood his logic. Being a bright scholar and exceptionally handsome, girls threw themselves at him. But he didn't give a shit. Countless proposals were straight away rejected because, duh! He wasn't wired to love anyone or anything sexually. In their entire family, it was only Jungkook who didn't care about anything and loved him. When the handsome doctor was ignored in family gatherings, Jungkook despite his family's opposition, chose to spend time with his Jin hyung. The elder was the first to witness how Hania tortured the ravenette, he even helped him come out to his family when one day he caught Hania pressuring the ravenette into kissing her while hurting him. They've been each other's support system forever through thick and thin.
"you must be hungry, so you're coming with me to the hospital"
"are you going to operate me for being hungry?", the little playfulness that finally made its way to Jungkook's face was too adorable.
"ha ha ha, very funny. Now c'mon"

"Hello, Mrs Kim"
"Hello Doctor"
The man checked the old lady's vitals and scribbled something on the notepad. Analysing the machine readings and then scribbling something else. The woman said in a gloomy tone, "What's the point of stressing yourself, doctor? I am old and destined to die"
"Well, you're grandson doesn't agree with that idea, mam. And I am going to work to keep you healthy as long as possible"
The woman sighed at that. "I wish I could see him before I die, but he's too far and that's alright. He wouldn't be happy if he was here"
