Chapter 4: Hanging Out: (Part Two) :

I frowned when I saw the name: Bella.

Don't get me wrong, it wasn't that I didn't wanna talk to her, it was just that I was expecting Alex.

"Not Alex, huh?" Jay teased.

I playfully hit his arm and opened the text.

¤ Hey there! Done with work if you need company ¤

I texted back:

¤ Hello! Jay and I are in our favorite ice cream shop, we will be waiting for ya ¤

"Your sister is coming," I told Jay and he was slightly annoyed.

Few minutes Bella joined us after getting a cone of ice cream.

"How was work?" I asked.

"Pretty boring and what did you two do?" she answered/asked.

"We, well I, watched a movie your best friend here, kept texting a guy named Alex," Jay answered.

"Hey! I only texted him few times!" I protested.

"Can somebody explain who's Alex?" Bella asked.

Then I explained to her what happened.

"Alex, mmmm blond hair, blue eyes..." she said, daydreaming.

"Bella you have a boyfriend," I reminded her, she was dating a guy called Josh.

She snapped out of her thoughts and a huge grin was on her face.

My phone beeped again and this time it was Alex:

¤ Done with the movie? I am bored as hell... again -_- ¤

I texted back:

¤ Not my problem xP I am having awesome time with Bella (Jay's sister) and him ¤

Him:

¤ -_- I hate you sometimes but you know, you're special and different ¤

Me:

¤ I am ? ¤

Him:

¤ Yeah, but make sure you can sleep at night ;) ¤

Me:

¤ Annnnddd here we go again, why can't you be the same sweet and nice Alex for more than 5 sec? ¤

Him:

¤ You should feel special others don't get any ¤

Me:

¤ Yeah, I feel very special -_- ¤

"SUMMER!" Bella yelled.

"WHAT?" I yelled back.

"Is she always like that?" she asked Jay and he nodded.

I looked at them confused.

"We were talking to you and you didn't even look up, I hate Alex!" Bella said.

"Well sorry, I didn't hear you and Alex is very sweet and nice so don't talk like that about him," I told her.

My phone beeped and I didn't dare to check it, they were glaring at me.

"Okay, okay, fine, I will turn it off."

They smiled, "Yeah, yeah, celebrate your victory,"  I said while sticking out my tongue at them.

"I was asking you to tell me more about that Alex guy," Bella told me.

Over the days, I got to know that Alex works in his dad's company, he wasn't a football or a basketball player like I thought he was, he likes to play both sports, that's the only the reason he goes to a basketball and a football club every day except Fridays and Sundays, he was in his high school basketball team, no surprises there.

He was actually someone really nice and I guess I was lucky to talk to him.
