Chapter 23- Would You Marry Me?

Liu Yuxin's POV:

I pulled out my phone to check on the music video and saw how many views we had gotten.

My eyes widened. The video was posted a few hours ago and the views are already reaching the millions. I guess people really like it.

I go down to the comment section and the comments are hilarious.

'Wow! I really ship them. Too bad they are both dating someone.'

'They have amazing Chemistry! They should've been a couple.'

'Y/N is still my wife. I will be with her no matter what.'

'Liu Yuxin looks so glowy and happy.'

That is what some comments read. There we many that just said Liu Yuxin marry me which made me laugh more.

Of course, there were comments that were somewhat negative or backhanded compliments but they were overpowered by the positive comments.

I laughed and put my phone away.

"What's funny?" I heard Y/N say from the other side of the room.

"The comments under the music video. I have been reading them for a while." I replied.

She scoffed and got up.

"What are you scoffing for?" I asked as I walked up to her. She crossed her arms and looked away from me.

"Why are you being like that?" I ask as I wrap my arms around her waist.

"You said my dance was awkward in the video behind the scenes when I wasn't there. The behind-the-scenes was being edited by taehyung and I saw it." she snapped as she turned to me.

"I don't remember saying that. When did I say that?" I said as I played innocent. Of course, I remember saying that but I didn't think Tahyung was filming.

"It was a bit awkward for your solo shot but you fixed it. Remember? I told you and you fixed it." I said and hugged her again.

"Whatever. You didn't think I was awkward dancing when we filmed that one music video. What was it called? Mark the Beat?" she said and I pulled away from the hug in confusion.

"Mark the Beat? You were that dancer! I knew it! I knew Taehyung was there for a reason." I said as I hold my head. It all made sense now.

"If you knew, why didn't you say anything to me?" She asked.

"Well, because I felt something when I held your hand but I was still so mad at you that I didn't want to say anything about it but I also didn't think it was you. That was until I found out that Taehyung was your manager. Then it all made sense but I still wasn't too sure. You just confirmed it." I said.

"Let me see the comments." She grabbed my phone before sitting down on the floor.

"Woah! Look at all these comments already. I didn't think it would blow up this way. Look! It's the part you freestyled. You look so cool," She was back to her bubbly self as she watched the video.

She started to scroll through the comments again and her face became serious. I assumed she encountered some of the nasty comments.

"Y/N, ignore them. They don't determine our worth or happiness. Besides-"

"Why do so many people want to marry you? This is madness. If only they knew how clingy and annoying you can be with me, they would take it back." she said and I opened my mouth in shock.
