Chapter 6- Thanks to Cupid

Y/N POV:

Two days had passed after Kyungmi left. I woke up peacefully. No loud alarm rang in my ear and I sat up carefully. I looked at the time on my phone and it was 9 am.

I usually wake up at 6 am which only gives me around 7-6 hours of sleep, so having an extra few hours felt nice. It is now Saturday and I have two days off.

Every trainee has two days off of the week which tends to be the weekend but some other trainees have Friday/Saturday, and some have Sunday/Monday.

Thankfully, I had Saturday/Sunday and I couldn't be happier.

As I look around, I noticed that Dahyun and Yuxin are still sleeping.

I gather my things and headed to the bathroom quietly to not disturb them, assuming today is also their free day. I showered, changed, and walked out with a towel wrapped around my head.

I walked to the drawers where I put my belongings and pulled out my makeup bag. I don't usually apply makeup every day but today I felt like getting a bit glam.

I did my base and applied a little blush, mascara, eyeliner, and glitter shadow.

I love glitter and anyone could tell because even if I don't do my makeup, I always have glitter shadow on my eyes.

My phone suddenly rang and I checked to see a message from Sooyun.

Sooyun: Morning! wanna hang out today?
Y/N: Did you look up my schedule? 👀
Sooyun: Of course. I'm the CEO after all. Gotta keep my trainees in check 🔎
Y/N: How creepy of you. But I do need to buy some clothes. I only have a few things besides the trainee clothes and I don't want to wear those to go out.
Sooyun: Okay. Meet me outside at 12 sharp. Main entrance.
Sooyun: Bring Liu Yuxin along 🫡
Y/N: 👍👍👍

I put my phone down and started to get my hair dry. I added curling cream to my hair to define my curls. My hair honestly has a mind of its own.

Sometimes it's wavy and some days it's frizzy but I can fix it with the cream. I applied it before towel drying it a bit more and then just let it air dry.

I hear metal creaking and turned to see Yuxin moving around in the top bed.

"Yuxin?" I asked to make sure she was awake. "mh sup?" she simply replied.

"Sooyun wants to meet us at 12. He said to meet him at the main entrance."

She sat up and I just scribbled in my notebook trying to go over my Japanese and Instrumental music notes.

She went to her drawers and rummaged through her clothes in a messy manner. Soon after, she entered the bathroom and quickly came out with a simple but stylish outfit.

She wore jeans and a white long-sleeve shirt with an oversized green t-shirt over it.

Her shoes were plain black and white vans and she was now filling her fingers with rings and wore a few necklaces before adding earrings.

I walked to my bed to continue studying my notes and she worked on her hair and makeup.

She always looked radiant and flawless when it came to makeup much so that I wanted to ask her if she could do my makeup but I held back and continued on with my notes.

A few minutes passed and she was done getting ready she turned to me and said "should we head out?" I nodded and proceeded to get up from my bed "Oh I really like your outfit, Y/N."

My outfit was some basic black leggings with big lettering on one leg, a pink graphic tee, a large denim jacket, and my old converse high.

'pretty basic to be noticed' I said to myself but reply to Yuxin's statement with a shy 'thank you.'
