It seems we come to meet again, for the twisted roads of life have opened up an old road just around the bend.

Down this path I see certain landmarks known only to me beautiful and worth the sight to see.

A familiar smile, laugh and voice, of someone which too long ago I loved so.. a look on your worn face, matured over time, yet tested with such grace.

Time had mercy on you old friend, and I think it was to repay something no person can ever comprehend, the value of a true friend.

I never once thought of you so, one they called "close friend" but remembering our old days makes me thirst to reminisce, and as I enter into your familiar friendly gaze, eyes I haven't met in, I realize how the years went by. Much too quickly for a quick reply.

You've changed so much, and I feel as if I were the same person, not much, and in the hopes of meeting on this road again, the familiar place my heart longs to see again... To my dear old friend.
