Boardroom Showdown

Chapter Five

Steffy's POV

I went to my loft after my little showdown with Wyatt at Forrester. Man that dude pissed me off with his arrogance but then again he is Bill Spencers son so I shouldn't be that suprised. I walked in and unpacked and changed in to some comfortable PJ's. I was about to grab my phone and order pizza when I heard a knock on the door.

"Who is it?"I asked.

"Who do you think?" I heard a reply and went to open the door exitidly to find Ally and Ivy standing there.

"Little Cousin Ally!" I sort of yelled happily as I grabbed my baby cousin in to a hug.

"Well not so little anymore." She said and I eyed wearing a black dress and her gorgeous heels which I realized was part of her shoe line.

"Ally's?" I asked to make sure and she nodded and I winked showing my approval.

"Well come in you guys, I was just about to order a pizza!" I said excited.

"Oh I really want a pizza." Ivy said and they entered.

"Hawaiian and Margarita?" I asked.

"Sounds good to me." They replied at the same time. I ordered the pizza and sat next to them on the couch.

"Look Ivy I wanted to apologies to you about my last visit. I assure you nothing like that will happen again, I'm over Liam completely." I said in a calm voice.

"Steffy, its fine its been a year I'm over it and I'm happy your back." Ivy replied and I gave her a hug and when we were about to pull away Aly joined in.

"All the Forrestor women together and getting along at last." She said and we all laughed. We sat and talked for like an hour until the pizza arrived and then we ate while we talked.

"So Ivy tell me all about little Will?" I asked.

"Well honestly being a mother is exhausting and trying to keep up with work all I really want is a good night sleep, but in the end seeing that smile on my little boy's face every time he goes to sleep just makes it all worth while." She said with a smile on her face and I gave her one in return.

"Well I'm happy for you , you and Liam." I said with a smile.

"Thanks Steffy." She said.

"You are most welcome my Aussie cousin." I replied.

"Now how's work with this new egotistical maniac in charge?" I asked rolling my eyes about remembering what just went down with that idiot.

"Wyatt?" They both asked obviously suprised but I just nodded in agreement.

"Actually work has been a great place to go to after Ricky and Myrna got booted." Aly said.

"But why don't you like Wyatt?" She continued confused.

"It's not that I don't like him Aly, even though he didn't exactly make a good first impression. I just don't want a Spencer running our family's company." I explained.

"Yeah but he's certainly accomplished something you and Grandma tried to do millions of times." Aly retorted and I got annoyed by the comment.

"Oh yeah and what's that?" I asked obviously annoyed.

"He got rid of the Logan's." She answered my question making me laugh at how carefree her voice sounded.

"Okay I'll give him points for that but he still shouldn't be running the company. " I replied acknowledging her very valid point.

"Well there's not much we can do, and honestly he's great to work with. Just give him a chance alright." Ally suggested.

"I'll think about it." I said just to get her off my back and she smiled and looked at the watch to find its nearly ten o'clock.

"Oh crap I have a date with Oliver." She said about to panic.

"Yeah I should go to Steffy the nanny might fall asleep soon and I'm not sure I should leave little Will alone more. Oh and I almost forgot sanitize everything in the apartment, Rick rented this for Maya when he was conning uncle Eric and god knows what they did here. " Ivy said and stood up obviously disgusted just thinking about it.

"Of course I understand cousins, and Ivy thanks for the advice and the awful image." I got up and hugged them both before they left. I got a bottle of wine from my cupboard and poured a glass and I drank it as I looked out of the window thinking well Wyatt Spencer lets see how our first meeting goes tomorrow. After I was done I went upstairs did as Ivy suggested, changed the sheets and went to bed.
