Zane's POV

The man in front of us remained silent as his eyes never left Red Tornado. It was like he was contemplating on what he was about to do, but in the end he turned around and disappeared in a smoke of grey.

I probably looked like a goldfish sitting on the floor looking at the same spot he stood in.

'What the heck just happened!'

"Are you uninjured?" Red asks me. I looked up to see him crouched somewhat in front of me and nodded.

"Woah! What happened?" I look over at the voice and see that the group was standing there packed at the doorway looking at me and Red Tornado.

"An intruder was present in the cave, I have dealt with it and everything is fine." Red says helping me to stand, He hesitates for a moment before lightly brushing my shoulder off, like if he didn't know he would hurt me by doing so.

"An Intruder? I guess you did tell me that people knew the location of the cave." Megan says as the rest of the group walked farther in the cave.

"That is true but no one actually really tried entering here. I mean would you willingly enter the place that housed the Justice League. That's asking for a one sided beat down." Robin clarifies pulling up a panel of one of his gloves.

"Besides, how could there have been an intruder? The tubes didn't recognize anyone and the scanners at the exits didn't pick up anything."

" I did hear the tubes, but that voice that normally calls out who it is didn't say anything. I thought an animal or something got stuck." I replied. Robin goes over to the tubes and starts to look it over.

"...Well for now the threat is taken care of, we'll notify the other League members but there is only so much they can do." Kaldur chimes in trying to make me feel better by giving me a small smile after.

"Aqualad is correct, the threat is no more for now, take it easy and the League will figure out what has happened here today." With that Red turns and leaves us to ourselves.

"We're just supposed to sit back and accept that someone just casually walks in. I mean three members of our team live here. It isn't safe, at least not for living." Wally says crossing his arms and doing that thing he always does where he taps his foot at a really annoying pace.

"Well Wally, we don't really have a choice, we don't have any other home here we could go to." Megan places her hand on his shoulder to get him to relax." Besides if anything we do have Red Tornado as our last of defense in case anything else happens, I mean after all he came to Z's aid when he needed, right?"

"Hmm, I guess. Find anything Rob?" I look back over at Robin at the tubes in time to see him shake his head.

"No, It's not even picking up magic or sorcery that could potentially bypass it." He walks back over to our little circle that we started to form." I'll run it by Bats later, but for now all we can do is relax. So...Who wants take out?"

Mount Justice; August 3rd, 13:00pm

Everyone was hanging out in the training area playing games as we waited for Superboy to show up. That's why Black Canary was hanging around.

Me, Robin, and Megan were playing cards as Wally and Kaldur were playing this really cool looking hockey game. I got distracted by it a bit and Robin would always try to peek at my cards, but I would always end up smacking him on the back of the head. He learned pretty quickly to knock it off.
