We returned to the classroom, but it seemed like I was the only one affected by the punishment. Sebbie didn't show any emotion, Magtataka pa ba ako?
It was already afternoon, so I headed straight to the basketball court to start cleaning. Damn, it was my first time doing this!
I gathered the cleaning materials, and if you're looking for Sebbie, well, he was sleeping on the bleachers. I hate him!
I went in his direction to wake him up. "Hey," I tapped him, but he didn't wake up. I repeated, "HEY MR. ROYALE!" I shouted in his ear, and finally, he woke up.
"Fuck, why did you shout?" he said to me, clearly angry. As expected.
"We need to clean this freaking basketball court faster because I have something to do," I said, irritated. I didn't even know how to clean! It was so frustrating. And imbis na malinis ko, ayon bumabalik lang yong dumi! Hay!
"Do it like this," Sebbie showed me how to do it. Baka naiirita narin Kasi paulit-ulit lang syang nagwawalis.
And thank God, we were done. Our principal came by to check if we had completed the punishment, and thankfully, we were done.
I went back to the classroom to get my things and immediately headed to the parking lot. There, I saw Sebbie lying on the ground. An old man had punched him. I was in shock! I hid behind a post, hoping not to be seen. The old man said, "I don't have a bastard son like you!" He was just like my dad. After that, I heard a car leaving. I came out to leave and was about to get into my car when someone grabbed my wrists.
"What did you hear?" Sebbie said coldly, extremely cold. Fuck.
"I didn't hear anything," I replied, without showing my true emotions. I was nervous about his cold aura right now.
"Liar," he gave me a quick, piercing look, then walked away. "Stupid, asking me if he already knows the answer," I murmured, stupid asshole.
As I was on my way home, I couldn't get the incident in the parking lot out of my mind. Who was that old man? Was he Sebbie's father? Grandfather? Tss, nevermind. He's not important. And I remembered what happened to Maxi-my father pointing a gun at her. Fuck! I will never forgive him, no matter what. I can't bear losing someone I love again because of him!
