"GOD, IT'S HOT OUT HERE..."

In your opinion, the venue was absolutely beautiful. It's in a small garden area that Mikasa's dad happens to own. You wouldn't be surprised if your allergies acted up from the amount of flowers. There are a minimal number of relatives walking around, talking amongst themselves. You can also hear Connie groan from behind, complaining how his shirt feels like it is choking him.

"When is this wedding starting again?"

"In 10 minutes. I think you'll live till then." You said that, turning back to look at Connie. He made a face while crossing his arms over his chest, mumbling.

"I'm surprised Mikasa's mom let you be here, Y/N." Armin said, glancing around as he watched Mai greet people coming in.

"Mr. Ackerman invited all the country club workers and gave us the night off tomorrow."

"She probably couldn't say anything while getting that new botox done." You heard Connie mumble. Sasha and Jean snickered loudly, causing people around them to stare.

"Hush, we're at a wedding. You have to be respectful to the family."

"Man, fuck this family. They could've put the venue in an area with AC." Connie snapped, unbuttoning his shirt a little ── "Hey, watch it lady!"

The lady behind Connie hit him on the shoulder with a fan, scolding at him for his language. You apologized for Connie's behavior as he shrugged nonchalantly.

"Oh, the wedding is starting." Armin said this as the music started playing. You watched one of Eren's best men fix up his tie before you heard people gasping. You couldn't help but smile as Mikasa showed off her appearance. You could tell she was nervous by the way her hand bunched up the fabric of her dress.

Her dad appeared beside her, kissing her forehead as they moved along the aisle. Her eyes moved around nervously until they met yours. You gave her a small smile before nodding your head.
