Time skip to morning :3
Alice's POV:

A sudden banging noise wakes me up from my short lived sleep. I rub my groggy eyes and reply "Who is it?". As soon as they reply I know it's none other than Sasori. "Pein wants to see me and you in his office. Hurry up and get ready brat. I've unlocked the door so I'll meet you there." I then hear his footsteps as he walks away.

I get undressed and have a quick shower, as I look in the mirror at the new bruises from Madara last night. My body looks a mess, scars and bruises everywhere. I get ready as fast as I can and head out to Peins office. On the way there I pass Deidara and Sasori's room and sigh. 'I hope he's ok'.

Once at his office I knock twice before entering and find Sasori stood staring at me. Someone then hugs me tightly from behind and yells in my ear "Alice-chan is here! Tobi is happy! ". I pry the hyper idiot off me rubbing my sore neck. "Hey Tobi" I respond with a smile.

Pein sitting across from us, clears his throat bringing our attention to him. "I have summoned you here to brief you on a new mission. You three will be going to the hidden sand village to capture the one tailed jinchuriki. He is to be caught alive do you understand?" We all answer with "yes leader-sama" before Tobi pulls me into another tight hug. "Tobi gets to be with Alice-chan!".

"Sasori, you are to observe Alice's progress and report to me after the mission. You may leave as soon as your ready" with that he dismisses us as Tobi then proceeds to drag me along with him.

"Tobi will help Alice-chan get ready!" He says skipping along while dragging me to my room.

Once inside I grab my small shoulder bag and begin gathering the essentials. I look over my shoulder to see what Tobi is doing, and find him looking through the chest of draws at the few tops I have. "Tobi thinks you should wear this one" he pulls out a short sleeved grey top with a small embroidered heart in the bottom left of it. "Fine I'll wear it, just get out while I put it on" I giggle at him as I shove him out my room.

As I put the top on I flinch at the pain of touching my neck. 'Damn it how many more injuries can I get' I sigh putting the top fully on. "Whys Alice-chan in pain?" Tobi sneaks up behind me making me jump. I turn to face him smiling. "It's ok I just pulled a muscle is all. Come on we better get going so that Sasori doesn't get mad" I explain grabbing my things and pulling Tobi with me. As we go past Deidara's room I whisper "I'll be back soon".

We meet an annoyed looking Sasori in the living room. "Your late" he states from inside his puppet. I put on my Akatsuki cloak and we all head out.

3's POV:

We all listen to Lady Tsunade as me, 8, Kakashi and Yamato all sit in her office. "Kakashi I know it's a risk but its one we must take. Take team 7 with you to see the Kazakage. We believe the Akatsuki are gathering up all the tailed beasts and may strike there next. I can only assume they are using the Okami spirit's powers to help them, so Alice should be with them. It's up to team 7 to intercept them and take Alice back. Are we understood on the plan?" Lady Tsunade explains.

"Yes, understood. I'll go get them ready" Kakashi states as he leaves the room.

"Are we sure that team 7 is strong enough mam?" I ask with a bit of hesitation. She raises an eyebrow "Of course. Kakashi is leading them, there's nothing to worry about. You are all dismissed I have things I need to do." she answers as we all leave her office. 8 looks at me with a small smile (which is very rare that he shows emotion) "Don't worry Kakashi and the others will find her". I hope where ever she is, she's safe.

Alice's POV:

We've been walking for a long time now and there are only just signs that we are heading towards the desert. 'My feet are killing me' I knock on Sasori's puppets wooden body. "What is it brat" he snaps slightly. "Um Sasori, my feet are killing me can't we at least rest for a few minutes before we reach the desert." He looks at me and I hear him sigh.

"U-um it's ok Tobi will carry Alice-chan" Tobi explains suddenly picking me up on his back.

"Fine whatever, let's just keep moving" Sasori responds as we carry on heading towards the desert. 'I feel like I'm forgetting something important...this seems familiar somehow?'

I know it's a little short >~< but I finally made another update XD I just finished it on my break at work :P
