The morning after arriving home with Logan, he and I explore my hometown while mama is at work. Logan drove us to town, parks in an all-day, free lot, and we walk the town.

"Do you have a favorite store to wander when you were living here?" he asks with a curious smile.

"Yeah, the used bookstore over there," I grin shyly, gesturing ahead of us to the right.

"Okay, let's go there then," he grins, leading us over there, despite my protests that we did not need to.

"Daddy, we do not have to go there," I protest, tugging our joined hands, trying to stop him.

"Baby, I wan to see one of the places you enjoy wandering," he hushes me with a gentle kiss to my lips, right there in the middle of the sidewalk with people walking around us, and not seeming to care what we are doing.

"Now, let's wander this store, okay?" he whispers against my lips, and I hum in dazed agreement that he wants to know me this much.

Wandering the store with Logan, hand in hand, looking at any book that catches our attention. By the time we reach the register about thirty minutes later, Logan has four books in his hand, and he looks excited for his future reads.

"Your total is five dollars and fifty cents," the guy behind the register tells Logan, and he pays with his debit card.

"Thanks," Logan tells him when he takes his card back along with the bag with the books.

Exiting the store, we wander around for another hour before stopping at Gloria's Diner for a late lunch.

"Hello boys!" mama and Gloria call out to us as we step inside the diner.

Giggling at their silliness, I skip over to the counter with Logan's hand in mine, so we can sit on the stools in mama's section.

"What can I get my babies?" mama asks with a bright smile.

"Can I have my normal, please, mama?" I quietly asks with a smile of my own toward her.

"Sure, baby," she replies with a nod before looking at Logan with a raised right eyebrow in question.

"Um, what is your "normal," Brae?" Logan asks as he scans over the menu options.

"A turkey burger with cheese, fries, and a chocolate milkshake," I murmur with a blush.

"I will have the same, too," he tells mama with a wink toward me, and my blush deepens.

Ten minutes later we are eating our meal, and I dip my fries in the milkshake. Logan does not comment on this when he notices me doing this, and he does the same to try this.

"Mmhh, this is really good," he praises with a closed mouth smile.

"When are you boys heading back to school?" Ms. Gloria sadly asks while leaning her arms on top of the counter, leaning forward slightly.

"Tomorrow night," I mumble after swallowing my bite. "We are gonna stay a couple of days with our friend at his home before we go back to school."

"Has your break been good so far?" she asks as mama walks behind us to bring an order to the kitchen window.

Mama kisses the back of my head as she passes by me, and I grin at her as she walks behind the counter, placing the ticket in the window to the kitchen.

"Yeah, I am just ready for the end of the school year," Logan answers, making my good mood dive into a black void.

Is he sick of being with me already because I doubt we will see much of each other over the summer because of the distance between our homes. Besides, I will be working with my uncle over the summer, so I probably won't have much free time anyway, even if this makes me sad. I just know I am really gonna miss Logan over the summer, and I worry he will break up with me because of the distance. I hope he does not, but only time will tell, I guess.

"Penny for your thought," Logan says, pulling me from my spiraling thoughts.

"Huh?" I question with wide eyes, earning a soft laugh from him and mama as Ms. Gloria has walked off to speak with other customers.

"What were you thinking about so hard on?" he asks with furrowed brows.

"Um, how I am worried that you are gonna break up with me at the end of the school year because of the distance between our homes," I mumble, deciding that honesty is the best way to be. "And that I am not gonna have time to be with you if we can, or even talk to you when I am back working with my uncle. I am sure you are gonna be busy with Xavier and Shay, and your other friends at your hometown."

Logan's furrow deepens into a full frown; "Braelin, I am never gonna break up with you, especially over distance. You are stuck with me until you tell me to get lost. I plan on visiting you over the summer, here, and bringing you to mine sometimes, and at Shay and Xavier's, too. You are gonna be so sick of me by the start of next school year."

Softly smiling at him with watery eyes as I lean closer to him to whisper into his ear; "I could never get sick of you, daddy."

"Now that this matter is settled, no more doom and gloom thoughts," he grins, brushing a soft, quick kiss to my forehead before pulling back.

"Yes, daddy," I whisper with a tiny, naughty smirk.

He softly growls at me with his own wicked grin, and perhaps I can get him to play with me at some time today. I got my wish of us playing together around midnight once we knew mama was sound asleep. We kept quiet, and we only kissed, gave each other hand-jobs, and blow-jobs, and yes, Logan penetrated me with three fingers, but not with his penis. We are not to that point in our relationship yet, and I do not know when we will be, but someday.
