we need each other (Sonic x Shadow x Silver)

Chapter 12

Both I and silver went up to the mountains, sure enough, there were some of eggman's snooty robots, me and silver fought them off easy.

There was a cave entrance in the mountains and eggman was there, yelling at something that had wrong and shadow was unconscious in a cage.

I panicked "Is he dead or is he just unconscious, please don't be dead" I thought to myself..

"What the frickin fudge, shadow does not deserved to be kept in a cage, oh, imma make sure eggman doesn't go home the way he came today" Silver said quietly but angrily as he clenched his fists.

Silver and i hid behind a massive rock that was in the cave...we were watching eggman... waiting for the right time to execute our plan.

"Silver, you sneak there and look for a way to rescue shadow, I'll distract eggman" I said

"Okay.." silver said as he crept to the cage

I stopped hiding and came out from behind the boulder and yelled "Hey egghead! I'm here"

"Oh glad you could make it before sunset, almost thought shadow here would see maria again...shadow is dying slowly anyway...and very soon he will die, that is, of course, if you don't cure him on time"

"Shut up egghead, I have the chaos emerald you wanted" I yelled back as I used the corner of my eye to see how silver was doing, so far so good, silver had taken shadow out of the cage and was trying to slip a pill of the antidote into Shadow's mouth

I turned my full attention back to eggman "You want the chaos emerald right and then you'll release shadow"

Eggman grinned "'course I will"

I handed him a fake chaos emerald and stupid eggman thought he'd won..

"You're so stupid sonic, I won't release shadow and now I have a chaos emerald" Eggman laughed

"You're the stupid one, where's shadow, I don't see him...oh wait he's not held captive in your hands anymore, what are you holding? A fake chaos emerald, which is actually a bomb, and It's gonna explode in 3..." I said with a satisfied smile on my face

Eggman dropped the emerald immediately but it was too late to run, me on the other hand had fled out the cave..

"2...1.."

And boom! Eggman might finally see his cousin again

"Bye egghead, it was about time you died anyway..." I whispered to myself...

Later on, I found silver and shadow, shadow as still unconscious but I could tell he would be alright...silver already gave him the antidote..

"Thank you silver for your help" I said kissing him on the cheek

"That's what boyfriends are for" silver smiled and I smiled back
