Chapter 16

Sonic's pov

When shadow left to find rouge.. I had to follow him, why wouldn't I..silver wanted to come along too, so we both went to look around the loop de loop for both rouge and shadow, we were spying on them from afar when they walked farther..

"Where the hell is he going" Silver asked

"How would I know"

"Well we have to follow them" silver said

"We obviously have to follow them" I said walking towards the loop de loop "come on let's go"

We were close to the loop de loop when suddenly we heard a large 'BANG' and the next thing we knew.. shadow was on the floor, rouge was smirking mischievously but she had a little bit of worry on her face for shadow.. shadow was unconscious and rouge out him into a sack and they kidnapped him.. I was shocked and frozen in fear.. I couldn't move an inch, my brain cells were dancing around my head, I couldn't even think straight..

"Sonic" silver screamed at me "we have to go! They're taking shadow"

I hesitated like I was trying to process what he said, then I shook my head and ran after rouge.. rouge took him to an abandoned old house and tied him to a chair, eggman was there and he had a whole laboratory in there too, I peeked through the tinted window to at least see what was going on..

"Shadow is literally a fool" eggman laughed "why in the name of all good eggs would you come here alone"

"Well.. I..I" Shadow tried to give a reason but he realized he really was stupid

"I almost feel sorry for you... 'almost'... Anyway, this invention will make enhance your abilities and make you..."

"Evil?" Shadow asked

"Well.. if you put it that way.." eggman chuckled "but I wouldn't say evil, just get you on our side"

"So I'm going to be a tool of destruction all over again, I never expected it to come to this, I've changed, I'm not a tool anymore, just let me go" Shadow said struggling to get out of the ropes

Eggman laughed "if you think I would just let you go, then you must be joking, I'm not going to let my plans just walk out that broken door in front of me"

"Sonic or silver or anyone will help me, just you wait!" Shadow said

"Face it! You're here, all alone, no one will help you.." Eggman said "Once I'm done with.. whatever I'm doing.. I will use mt machine to do turn you into my 'tool' and rouge here *points to rouge* could do the honors, won't you rouge?"

"Oh..uhm.. y-yes.. I will do the honors.. yes" rouge said but it sounded like she was going to burst into tears any moment
