Shadow's pov
I lay on the bed, thinking about rouge's betrayal..
'i can't believe she did that' I continued saying to myself..
I was randomly fiddling with my chest fur and I saw a very tiny note in it, my first thought was..
'how did this get in my chest fur and I didn't notice' then reading it, it had 'HELP - Rouge' I stared at the note for 5 minutes straight, then I figured maybe rouge might've been threatened to kidnap me...
"Sonic" I called
Sonic came zooming by almost immediately and sat next to me.
"Wassup shadow, you feeling okay?" Sonic asked
"Yeah, I'm feeling a little better, tails anti dote seems to be working pretty well" I said hugging sonic "I need to talk to you about something"
"Oh and what is that?"
"It's about rouge..I.." I tried to explain but sonic cut me off
"I told you no more rouge, she isn't good for you, I understand you both might've shared some strong attachments but she's just unhealthy for you" sonic said
"Sonic please let me explain..." I gave sonic the note "I found it in my chest fur though I don't know how it got there but I think rouge was forced into kidnapping me"
Sonic reads the note and studies it "so what does this mean"
"I think maybe we should try to meet her or look for her, I got a note a few days ago that said loop de loop"
"Nuh uh shadow, you're still healing, what if it's a trap" sonic said holding my hand
"But I don't think it is, please sonic, what if rouge really needs help, she's my best friend"
"She used to be" sonic said
"Sonic, you don't understand, she's still my best friend and maybe I can talk to her"
"Okay, fine! When do we meet her"
"We? Sonic, you're not coming along, I have to settle this alone, it might be dangerous and I'm meeting her at sunset"
"It might be dangerous and you want to go alone, you haven't fully healed yet shads, there's no way I'm letting you go alone"
"Sonic please, I know you're worried but I have to go alone, now please, I have to get ready"
Sonic stared at me speechless as he left the room angry and hurt.. I was sad that he was upset but I had to meet rouge...
