This is a special chapter because this is a poem that I did not write for him. I wrote it for her, my friend, my friend who understands me as good as she can, my friend that is always there for me as I'm always there for her.
It might be a little different but I love it as well because it's dedicated to another important person in my life, just not in the same way he was.
Close your eyes,
I know what you see.
Your demons are back,
But they are not here to sleep.
The darkness is high,
And you are drowning too deep.
The voices inside are calling for me,
Through pain and sorrow you are losing the key.
But you have survived more terrible monsters than sleep,
And I will be there to tell you to breath.
