I remember that night
It started like this.
We were both dancing
Where the darkness is deep.
We were spinning and spinning
Towards the endless sleep.
"Together, forever."
You were whispering to me.
But one terrible moment,
I dared to look behind.
Seeing that while I was moving,
You had gone to hide.
So now I'm sitting,
Against these black walls.
With all your white lies,
Breaking my bones.
Confused and disturbed,
I now seem to be.
Still waiting for you,
to lay down with me.
