I take my books and leave the classroom after the test. I go to my next class, physics. I sit down and find that my usual seat is taken

"Oh sorry about that Ams"

"It's Amity. Can you move?"

I wave my arms, suggesting that I want her to move

"Is that a way to treat a friend?"

"Just because your dating my friend doesn't mean I like you again"

I tap her shoulder

"I don't know what your doing to Noceda, but you need to stop and grow up. We're not kids anymore, so stop being a bitch and learn to love what you have"

"You want me to love what I have? I have Luz, and I have my family. I love one,
And I don't want the other. Which one is which, blight?"

"What? Just get out my seat"

She stands up

"You didn't answer my question. I love Luz okay? I may have been a jerk then but can't anyone give me a chance these days?"

She walks off and I scoff. Nobody gives you a chance because your still a playing jerk. I sit in my seat, mad about her Attitude with me until break period, where I meet up with Luz

.....aaaand apparently Audrey too because she just happened to stroll along

"Hey Noceda"

She daps me up

"Okay so we gonna study today or?"

"Hey babe?"

"Yes Dri?"

Audrey stares into my eyes

"How about we go on a date? Maybe amity can come along too? How about the bar willow works at?"

"Uhm dri are you sur-"

"Yeah that sounds cool babe let's go"

Luz's body kind of sinks a bit from the lack of choice. I get it.

"So Ams... you coming"

"...I'll think about it Noceda"

I get ready to go to the bar with Luz and Audrey, slipping on some a camo dress and a leather black jacket. I leave the room, heading down the stairs and getting stopped sometimes when people ask me for test answers. I tell them no but give them a book chapter to read.

I hop in the car, seeing Luz's pull out in front of me and we head to the bar.

I drive in the car, alone. I was kinda looking forward to hanging out with my gf and my bsf. It's okay, now it's a hangout. It's not like I had much of a choice to go, Dri kinda put the idea out, then finalized it.

Willow says I'm in denial. Denial about what? Shes always telling me what to do and Gus always agrees. We don't hand out that much anymore. I spend most of my time walking around campus now.

My mom doesn't like my girlfriend. I don't understand! Sure she has anger issues but I did too when I was- not in the best place you could say. Nobody ever said anything. But she's my mom. I love my mom and my girlfriend. I think Dri has issues but they can be resolved. Me and Audrey can talk it out, right?

I walk in the bar and sit at a table instead of in-front of the bartender, willow. We usually talk, but all she seems to talk about is school and my love life.

Amity walks in and sits at the table.

"Where's Audrey?"

"Couldn't make it"

"It's just us?"

I see her smirk a bit

"Finally, I can let loose"

"Wdym? You can around Dri?"

"She annoys me. Like Luz. Tell me she isn't annoying at times and I will literally drag you"

".... At times? Idk."

"Let's change the topic"

We laugh and talk; drink and eat the whole night. I come home exausted, not ready for the conversation I have to have with Dri tomorrow.

But it's for the best.
