❝𝐃𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 ~ 𝐃𝐚𝐳𝐚𝐢 𝐱 𝐟𝐞𝐦 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐬❞

❝𝐒𝐞𝐚 𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝❞

"That stupid idiot!" You scoff while marching your way down a underground passage with the rest of the crew. Your suicidal idiot of a captain was captured by your enemy which placed a huge bounty on his head.

Everything was normal the night before. The whole crew was drinking and dancing while others sang sea shanties. Of course you got drunk and can't remember the rest but it was a night to remember. Moments like these with everyone was your favorite. No worries and good times always lightened your heart after a long week of adventures. Of course you loved these adventures ever since you joined but it always burnt you out. But of course the next morning Atsushi came bursting back in the sleeping chambers waking everyone up quickly due to the captains absence.
You all sailed as fast as you could to your homeland's leader, Fukazawa, to receive your orders on what to do. So that's how you ended up in this situation...

"When we get him I'm going to kill him!" You shout while your words accidentally echo throughout the passage.

"Shut it (y/n) you'll get us all caught!" Kunikida says while grabbing your shoulder.

You make a small 'tch' sound and continue to walk ahead.

"She sure is scary when she is mad at him huh..." Atsushi whispers to Ranpo. Ranpo just laughs in return.

After you all arrive on the enemy's territory you decide a plan and go your separate ways. You and Yosano went together to go find Dazai.

"(Y/n) this way!" Yosano says to you and you both run towards the room he is kept in.  When you get close a few guards come near and Yosano pulls you back to hide.

"What did Mori say again about the prisoner?" One said. "He said the captian will be executed early in the morning.

Dang it...that leaves you with only 2 hours to free him.

"Yosano can you keep watch as I go free Dazai?" You whisper.

"Sure thing." She says while flashing you a quick wink. 

You smile at her then run into the cage Dazai is kept in. The key was kept outside the cage making it easier for you to get in. As you close the door behind you to not give away your escape plan an arm wraps around your waist.

"Ah I missed you so much (y/n)!~" he says. You roll your eyes in response.

"What were you thinking Dazai?" You whisper yell.

"Going with our plan that's all." He says raising his arms in surrender.

"What plan!? Ugh whatever come on let's get going before someone finds out we are here." You help him up and head out with everyone else.

When you all arrive back at the ship you all have a meeting about what you should do next and then everyone grabs dinner and then rushes to bed. As you are walking to go get changed a hand grabs yours.

"Stay here with me for a bit." Dazai says with a serious face. You nod and walk over to the side of the ship with him. The sea was glowing due to the amount of stars in the sky and the moon shining down on the both of you. You both sat in silence for a minute before Dazai began to speak.

"Thank you." He says calmly while hanging his arms off the side.

You sigh "it was nothing Dazai. Don't worry about it. Just please don't throw yourself into dangerous situations before telling your crew. We all care about you... I care about you..." you trail off your words quietly. He just looks up at you when you said that last part. He smirks and then pulls you close to his chest.

"Aw my little (y/n) cares about me how cute~" he says in a childish tone. You blush and hit his shoulder playfully.

"Don't jump to your delusional ideas Dazai." You say still averting his gaze.

"Delusions? (Y/n) you confessed to me saying you care about me..." he leans in to whisper in your ear "did you happen to forget what happened last night?~"

Huh what did he mean?

"I- I don't understand what do you mean? We as a crew had a great time that's all? I don't recall saying anything personal..." your voice showed a hint of fear as your words left your mouth.

He traces his fingers on your jaw and lower lip. "Well then let me help you remember~ you were drunk and came into my sleeping chamber unexpectedly and brought me into a very passionate kiss. It's such a shame you don't remember it was a wonderful moment and I thoroughly enjoyed it." He smirks

'What was he talking about? I don't remember this...' you tried to think as best as you could about what happened and that's when the flashbacks started to play in your mind....

The door creaked open as the brunette worked at his desk. He noticed you walk in but said nothing. You walked over and grabbed his collar forcing him to stand. "Wha- (y/n)-" his words were cut short as your lips met with his. Of course he didn't complain and just kept going along with what you were doing. After a while you both let go of each other to finally get some air. As you parted he tangled his long slender fingers in your hair. "You're a lot more drunk than usual is something wrong darling?" He questions as your face is mere inches away from his. "I- I love you Dazai... I have been so scared to tell you... so... I- I couldn't stop drinking... I-" he cuts you off by closing the gap between you and kisses you again gracefully. "Gosh I love you so much angel."

You back away and cover your mouth. "Wh- what I-" you were at loss for words, you couldn't believe yourself for actually doing that. "You were so bold for doing that my love fufu~" he says. "Want to do it again? I'll make sure you remember it this time.~" he says while pulling you in.
