❝𝐃𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 ~ 𝐃𝐚𝐳𝐚𝐢 𝐱 𝐟𝐞𝐦 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐬❞

❝𝐃𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞❞

His pov

It was late at night after work. The streets were empty with lights filling the Yokohama sky replacing all natural light from the heavens above. Dazai walked home after spending some time at his favorite bar Lupin. He wasn't feeling too well, mentally or physically. His thoughts captivated him leaving him addicted to alcohol as his outlet to drown his sorrow for just a short amount of time. He hated this feeling and wanted it to go away. While he walked his body decided to give out on him leaving him to rest on a bench nearby. As tiredness began to engulf him he felt a pair of arms lift his body as much as possible while calling his name. Of course he wasn't mentally there, his mind was clouded due to his previous activity. So he willingly let this "stranger" take him wherever, he didn't care.

✫☼☾☁ 𝝩𝝞𝝡𝝚 S𝝟𝝞𝝦 ☁☾☼✫

After walking a bit he arrived at this person's house, he wasn't exactly sure but that's what he expected due to the noise of keys jingling in a doorknob. After coming inside he was placed at a table while the person grabbed something from the fridge.

"Here drink some water... I think it might help..." a gentle voice said.

He knew that voice... it was you...his coworker... who he admired deeply...

"(Y/n)?" He said looking up at you tiredly.

"Yes it's me, don't worry I'm here..." you say to comfort him.

After sobering him up to an extent you decided he might enjoy a shower to clean himself.

"You might want to stay the night Dazai... I might have some clothes you could fit if you wanted to shower."  You said awkwardly. You liked wearing men's clothes because they were comfy and looked pretty good on you as well. He smiled and then nodded in approval.

"That'd be nice..."

"While you shower I can wash your clothes as well so they'll be fresh and ready for you in the morning." You say with a smile.

He blushes a bit at this. No one has ever been this kind to him and treated him in such a way. He appreciated all that you were doing for him and wished it could last forever.

As he showered, you threw his clothes in the wash and decided to make some chamomile tea for him when he got out of the shower. When he did he walked out to see you at the table waiting for him.

"I made some tea if you'd like some... here's some sugar and cream if you'd like it too..." you said while stirring your own cup. He sat down in front of you and began to drink his as well. He felt much better just being taken care of by you. He felt so warm and happy?... He wasn't sure but he knew for a fact he enjoyed being with you.

"I didn't get the chance to make the bed but please do sleep in it tonight I'll take the couch, I want you to be as comfortable as possible." You say as you finish the last drop of your tea.

He shakes his head in disapproval. "I couldn't possibly let you do that after all you've done for me darling... I'll take the couch it's the least I can do to repay you for your kindness."

You sigh in response as you take both your cups to the sink. "Are you sure?..."

"Of course."

"Fine..."

You grab multiple blankets and a pillow for him to make sure he is comfortable laying on your couch. As he gets comfortable you lean down and place your lips on his forehead. He is startled by this and blushes at your actions.

"Ah that's good your temperature has gone down." You smile as you look down at his madly blushing face.

"Goodnight Dazai... if you need anything let me know." You say while brushing a strand of hair from his face.

"I will..." he says "goodnight darling~"
