16: Promises

"Mag Omnia tayo, Martin Garrix is playing tonight!"

I sighed and stared at my ceiling habang nasa dibdib ko ang telepono ko, it was on loud speaker para hindi ako mahassle na maghawak habang kausap si Ruth. "Tinatamad ako," reklamo ko sa kanya.

"Pero pag kay..."

"Kay Rouqil, palagi nalang kayo magkasama nye nye nye," inunahan ko na ito. Natatawang napairap nalamang ako. Ang lakas niya talagang mang guilt trip.

"Totoo naman ah! Come on! Vincent and Yohan are coming with us!" pagpupumilit pa nito.

"Oo na, oo na, I'm going!" I gave in. Agad kong ibinaba ang telepono to get ready, but I texted Roux first to let him know where I'm going.

I applied my red lipstick on before I admired myself in my full length mirror. I'm wearing my gold and sparkly backless mini dress, singnipis pa ng sinulid ang strap nito. I took a picture of myself to send it to my boyfriend.

"Tangina, ang ganda," Roux immediately replied. Agad akong napangisi sa kilig. "Come visit me after so I can show everyone how beautiful my girl is," he texted again. Mas lalo akong napangiti.

I happily danced with Ruthie on the dance floor. Jumping and shaking our asses to Martin Garrix's masterpieces. Pakiramdam ko nga mababali na ang leeg ko kaka headbang namin ni Ruth.

"The boss wants us to take you to Mabuhay," nakangising sabi sa akin ni Vincent.

I laughed nang ipakita niya ang texts ni Roux sa kanya. Ilang beses pa ito nagmessage para sabihing ihatid na ako sa Mabuhay.

"Are you guys ready to leave, though?" I curiously asked. Ruth, Yohan, and Vincent immediately nodded. Ayoko naman na magpunta kami sa Mabuhay pero napipilitan lang pala sila.

"Let's walk please, feel ko kasi masusuka na ako," nahihirapang sabi naman ni Ruth while holding her chest, inalayan na din ito ni Yohan.

"Okay, but before we leave, I'm gonna go to the bathroom real quick," I informed them. Hindi ko na sila hinintay pa at agad na nagpunta sa banyo. I applied more lipstick before I mischievously smiled because of the idea na bigla kong naisip. I don't know what Roux did to me, but I have been more... into the deed now. I took my laced underwear off and tossed it in the trash before leaving.

Napangiti ako sa saya nang makapasok kami sa Mabuhay at nakita ko agad si Roux. He didn't even look like he worked for eight hours. Ang pogi at ang linis niya tignan in his plain white shirt.

"Maglalandian na naman sila, putanginang yan," reklamo agad ni Yohan nang makaupo kami sa bar.

"Hi, mahal," nakangiting pagbati ni Roux sa akin. Napangisi ako when he leaned on the bar counter and pouted his lips in front of his friends and his regular customers, asking for a kiss.

I cupped his cheeks as I leaned on the counter and gave him a kiss. I then put my mouth closer to his ear and whispered, "I'm not wearing anything underneath my dress right now."

His eyes instantly turned dark and the corner of his lips rose. He then turned to face his other co-worker. "Can you cover for me?" he asked him.

"Of course," agad na sabi nito.

I pressed my lips to stifle my excited smile when Roux tilted his head a little to the side, gesturing me to go out with him. Agad akong sumunod sa kanya papalabas.

"Bwesit para talagang mga kuneho," Ruth frustratingly complained.

Roux and I laughed before we left the place because it's true, Ruth's right. Simula noong sagutin ko si Roux, we've been fucking like rabbits.
