~SABITO POV~

It's been a few months since Yuu got here and he's already improved a lot, despite what he thinks. The only problem is he gives up too easily. He believes he's weak, so he doesn't put a lot of effort and relies on me. I always lecture him about it. He has a lot of potential, despite what he thinks, he just needs to realise it. He may cry a lot, or give up easily, but when you give him the right motivation, he can do anything. 

We've also got a lot closer. I learnt that he really scared of dogs. This one time, when Giyuu was outside training, a dog came and bit Giyuu in the ass, apparently. Ever since then he's been really scared of dogs. Few days after that, we were training again together, and the same dog came back. Yuu got scared so he ran away and climbed up a tree. That day was...really weird. 

~FLASHBACK 💗✨ SABITO POV~

Sabito: JUST CLIMB DOWN THE TREE!

Giyuu: I DON'T KNOW HOW TO CLIMB A TREE!

Sabito: CLIMB DOWN THE WAY YOU CLIMBED UP!

Giyuu: I CAN'T! I WAS SCARED AND I WASN'T PAYING ATTENTION! I DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET DOWN! HELP MEEE SABITO! 

Sabito: I'M TRYING!

Giyuu: TRY HARDER!

Sabito: JUST WAIT!

How the hell does someone climb a tree without knowing how to anyway? 

Sabito: JUST JUMP DOWN, I'LL CATCH YOU!

Giyuu: WHAT?!?

Sabito: JUMP!

Giyuu: NO WAY! WHAT IF YOU DROP ME? WHAT IF I FALL DOWN?

Sabito: DO YOU TRUST ME OR NOT?!?

Giyuu: I-I...I trust Sabito...!

Sabito: THEN JUMP! I SWEAR ON MY LIFE, I'LL CATCH YOU! 

Giyuu: Promise...?

Sabito: YES!

Yuu then jumps, and as I promised caught Yuu...well sort of...he sort of landed on top of me...BUT I still didn't let him fall, so I still kept my word...I was gonna say something along the lines of "See that wasn't so hard" but stopped myself when I noticed how close we were. Yuu's face was just centimetres away from mine...a little closer and we would...✨kiss✨
He leaned in closer and I could feel my heartbeat quickening. Why am I feeling like this? Why am I panicking so much? Also, shouldn't our positions be switched? Shouldn't I be on top? 

Just then we were broken out of our thoughts by the old man. "It's going to get dark soon so..." he trailed off when he got a good look at us. "EHHH! IT'S NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE! I GOT SCARED BY A DOG AND ACCIDENTALLY CLIMBED A TREE AND DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO CLIMB BACK DOWN, S-SO SABITO TRIED CATCHING ME, B-BUT I ENDED UP...falling on top of him..!" Yuu explained frantically while waving his hands around, trying to cover his red face. I could tell the old man was enjoying this. Bastard.

~FLASHBACK END: STILL SABITO POV ~

After that day, I'd felt really conflicted for a while, before I decided to forget about the incident. It mostly worked...

There's still one thing I don't know about Yuu, though...that's his past. I still don't know how he got here, why he was passed out in the snow. I've been trying to control my curiosity all this time...but I can't handle it anymore...so, I decided to ask him today.
