AUTHOR POV :-

Y/n, Sana, Jiha, Jimin, and Hoseok stepped out of the office building, they were enveloped by the cool night air. The city lights twinkled around them, creating a mesmerizing sight. They were all in good spirits, their laughter echoing through the air as they chatted about the day's events.

"I can't believe you spilled coffee on the boss, Y/n!" Jimin teased, nudging Y/n playfully. "That's one way to make an impression!"

Y/n feeling a bit embarrassed by the reminder of the coffee incident. "It was just a small accident. I didn't mean to, and it won't happen again!"

Jiha couldn't help but join in the teasing. "Yeah, Y/n, you better be careful next time. The boss might think you're trying to get his attention!"

Jimin laughed, adding to the joke. "Maybe Y/n just wanted an excuse to talk to the boss! Spilling coffee on him is a bold move!"

Y/n shook her head. "You guys are impossible. It was just a simple mistake!"

Suddnely Hoseok, with his ever-cheerful demeanor, suggested, "Hey, why don't we all go out for dinner? I know this great restaurant nearby."

The idea was met with unanimous agreement, and smiles spread across their faces. The prospect of enjoying a good meal and each other's company after a long day at work sounded like the perfect way to end the day.

"Sounds like a great plan, Hobi!" Jiha exclaimed, already feeling her hunger pang.

Sana added with a grin, "Yes, I could use some good food to replenish my energy after all the work we've done today."

Jimin playfully chimed in, "And I'm always up for a good meal with great company!"

"Kim Y/n!"

Their laughter was interrupted by a stern voice calling out. They turned around to see Eunji, the formidable secretary, approaching them with Assistant Minho by her side.

Sana whispered to Y/n, "Uh-oh, here comes trouble."

Y/n couldn't help but feel a slight sense of anxiety at Eunji's presence. The secretary had a reputation for being strict and intimidating, and the fact that she was looking their way didn't bode well.

Eunji stopped in front of the group, her expression serious. Her cold gaze fell on Y/n, and Y/n's heart skipped a beat, unsure of what this unexpected encounter meant.

"Y/n, Mr. Jeon wants to see you," Eunji said in her usual no-nonsense tone.

The news was met with surprise and concern from Y/n's friends. Jiha and Sana exchanged worried glances, and Hoseok frowned, not understanding why Mr jeon would summon Y/n at this hour.

"But it's already time for us to go for dinner," Jimin spoke up, trying to reason with Eunji. "Can't this wait until tomorrow?"

Eunji's expression remained stern as she replied, "Mr. Jeon's request is urgent. He needs to see her now."

Sana exchanged a puzzled glance with her friends. "Now? But we were about to go for dinner," Sana protested.

Jiha, always protective of her friend, spoke up, "Yeah, ma'am, it's already time for us to leave. We have plans together." Her words were met with a sarcastic yell from Eunji, who seemed determined to keep Y/n behind.

Eunji's gaze didn't waver. "It's important, and he asked to see you immediately. You can go to the restaurant later."

Sana, Jiha, Jimin, and Hoseok exchanged concerned looks. They knew that Eunji wasn't one to be trifled with, and they could see the tension in Y/n's eyes.
