AUTHOR POV :-
A month had passed, and Y/n found herself trapped in a marriage she never wanted. Jungkook's manipulation had been cunning and successful, convincing her mother that he loved her genuinely and was committed to their marriage. Y/n's mother, delighted that her daughter had found happiness, had pushed for the wedding with all her heart.
However, a shadow of doubt loomed in her mother's mind. She couldn't help but think about her son, Namjoon. The strict military rules prevented them from contacting him for the next eight months. She had always dreamt of her children's special moments, including their weddings, and it pained her to think that Namjoon might miss such an important event in his sister's life.
Y/n's mother hesitated, unsure if she should proceed with the wedding plans without Namjoon's presence. It was in this moment that Jungkook displayed his manipulative genius. He understood that to further tighten his grip over Y/n and control the situation, he had to play his cards right.
With a practiced charm and a reassuring tone, he persuaded Y/n's mother that the wedding should proceed as planned, regardless of Namjoon's absence. He painted a vivid picture of Namjoon's reaction when he returned from his military service to discover that his sister was happily married.
"Y/n's happiness is of the utmost importance," Jungkook emphasized. "I'm confident that when Namjoon learns of our wedding, he'll be overjoyed for her."
Y/n's mother, swayed by Jungkook's words and assurances, gave her consent for the wedding to proceed without Namjoon's presence. Deep down, she held onto the belief that her son would indeed be delighted for his sister when he learned the news.
The wedding plans continued to unfold, while Y/n remained caught in a tangled web of despair and helplessness. She felt like a prisoner in her own life, her true desires stifled by the oppressive influence of her manipulative husband. The approaching wedding day was like a dark cloud hanging over her, casting a shadow of dread and anxiety. Namjoon, serving far away, remained unaware of the painful reality that was unfolding in his absence.

The car pulled up in front of Jungkook's sprawling mansion, a symbol of his wealth and success. He stepped out of the car with a proud smile on his face, looking at the grandeur of his home. To him, this was the beginning of a new life, a life he had orchestrated to his liking.
Jungkook took in the sight of Y/n, who stepped out of the car with an emotionless face. He couldn't help but feel a surge of triumph. This was his moment of victory, and he savored it.
"We're finally home," he declared, his voice filled with an air of accomplishment. "I hope you like your new life, Y/n."
Y/n didn't respond. She simply stared at the mansion, her eyes void of emotion. She had been swept into a world she never wanted, and her silence spoke volumes about the turmoil inside her.
Jungkook led her inside, showing her the grandeur of their new home. He spoke about the luxuries and comfort that awaited her, as if this was what she had always desired.
But Y/n remained distant, unable to engage with the opulence around her. Her heart was heavy with the weight of her own silence, her inability to express her true feelings, her helplessness in the face of a life that had been thrust upon her.
Jungkook couldn't help but try to impress upon her the extent of the luxury that surrounded them. "Y/n, this mansion is just the beginning. I've worked hard to provide you with all of this. I want you to have everything you desire."
Y/n still remained silent, her eyes scanning the lavish surroundings. It was true; the mansion was a sight to behold, with its high ceilings, marble floors, and opulent decor. But it all felt empty to her, like a gilded cage.
