A'Ying and I felt we were strong enough to get back out in the open. We spoke with Baoshan and she felt it was also a good idea. She will keep in touch with us but A'Ying and I are going to start traveling. We are first going to Gusu and we are going to find a nice little place for ourselves. We did not want to go back into the sects but we will help my brother get the justice he deserves.

We found a place that was a little bit out of town and was a decent size for the two of us. We left A'Yuan with Baoshan as we wanted to make sure he was safe and he can learn from her. The house we found was a wooden house and it had a lot of windows. It had a decent yard space for us to have our own personal garden where we can grow our own vegetables and even some medical herbs. We had our own desk spaces and our bedroom was a decent size. The bathroom was also nice as it led outside to a nice hot spring. The hot spring actually had spiritual effects that can be helpful for us later.

We spent a couple weeks settling in and even prepared a room for A'Yuan for after we deal with Jin Guangyao. Once this mess is over, we will live as a nice little family. From here, we had a big bronze mirror and we enchanted it so when we walk through it, we are at Baoshan's mountain. Baoshan taught us this trick as it was then easy to see her whenever we wanted.

A'Ying and I were actually going to visit my brother today but he decided to come for a visit instead. Shufu was with him as the two heard we moved in nearby the sect.

"This is a nice place," Shufu pointed out.

"It is rather cozy, and we felt that we could have a place near the sect so we can go to you whenever you need us. We can easily get from here to Baoshan's place too. We had just finished settling in and were going to visit you both," A'Ying explained.

"We appreciate you being nearby," Xichen said, "but you know you have a place in the sect too."

"We know, is just that with us both being immortal, we cannot be bound to a sect forever. Cloud Recesses will always be my first home but this is what we have decided. We can also help the sect if you need it," I told them. He had just finished preparing tea for everyone.

"We understand," Shufu said, "as for the events taking place. Sect Leader Nie has set a date for a conference meeting to discuss the situation with Jin Guangyao. Since Xichen opened up, Jin Guangyao has not been seen. We believe he knows something is up."

"Are you wanting us to attend?" I asked.

"That is up to you, Sect Leader Nie said you may come if you so choose. It will be held in Qinghe with in a weeks time," Xichen explained.

I nodded, "alright, we will think on it. A'Ying has been in hiding since he was resurrected. With his name not yet cleared, it will be difficult for him to just appear places."

"Sect Leader Nie said he has made sure to have extra protection for you both if you choose to come," Shufu said.

A'Ying looked at me, "maybe if I explained my side of the story it would be helpful. Not everyone will potentially believe it but it is worth a shot."

"I mean that is an option," I said, "you would have to expose Jiang Wanyin about his golden core."

A'Ying sighed, "he made his bed, and now he should lie in it," he said, "he was part of the reason I lost everything. I may not have told him anything, but if he really was my sworn brother and he cared about me, he wouldn't have abandoned me when I was at my lowest point. He could have helped but he did not. Now is sister is gone and is left with an orphaned nephew."

"You are not responsible for Yanli," I told him, "she only wanted to see you."

"I know, but it got her killed," he said, "for that, I'm sure even her parents are not happy with me."
