.~*Lan Wangji POV*~
Wei Ying and I were now settled into our new roles as immortals. Our next step was to test our compatibility for becoming soul-bonds. The test was simple, all we had to do was stand in an array that Baoshan invented. It was called The Compatibility Array. The two of us were to stand in the center of the array and then were to take each other's hands and emit spiritual energy within the array when Baoshan activates it.
It will glow a certain color, red for incompatible, black for ill-fated, green for compatible, and gold for perfect soulmates. I took Wei Ying's hands and closed my eyes before sending out spiritual energy. The array began to glow. It was not red, black, green, or gold, but it was white.
"What does white mean?" Wei Ying asked.
"Fated soulmates," Baoshan said, "it is the best but also rarest result of the compatibility test. It means that you both are fated to be together in every and any lifetime. Your souls will always find their way back to each other no matter which body they are in. So now that you are fated, bonding with each other will be simple. It can be done with a small ceremony."
"Would it be a marriage ceremony as well?" Wuxian asked.
"It can be," Baoshan replied.
"I am okay with that," Wangji said.
"When would we do the ceremony?" Wuxian asked.
"We can today if you two would like to elope. After creating the soul-bond link, you two would then have the opportunity to dual cultivate to finalize your bond. It will connect you in every aspect," Baoshan explained, "would you keep your names?"
"What if we became Sanren's?" Wangji suggested, "Zhan Sanren courtesy Wangji Sanren. Ying Sanren courtesy Wuxian Sanren."
"I will allow it," Baoshan said.
"Let's do it," A'Ying said, "but dual cultivation...isn't that...?"
"You two will have your privacy. You also do not have to dual cultivate until you are ready. It is a big step within your relationship with each other," Baoshan told him.
"No, I want to, but A'Zhan?" He questioned.
I smirked, "believe me I want to but I want you to be sure as well."
"Of course I want to," A'Ying said but then he grew shy.
"Alright then," I said.
Baoshan then set everything up. A'Ying and I were at her ancestral shrine and performed our three bows. We did the basic rituals for a small ceremony that was planned last second. Baoshan then led us through how to make the bond. With my left hand, I made a cut, and A'Ying followed. We then took each other's left hand and sent over spiritual energy. We made an oath:
To love,
To protect,
To provide,
And to respect. Our essence, spirits, souls, minds and hearts belong to one another.
To be the shoulder for the sadness.
To be the support for warmth.A promise to love one another unconditionally, and our hearts bleed and beat as one.
I am his and he is mine, to love and to cherish from this day until the end of days.
I then felt a warmth pass through my body. It was as if I could feel the bond between us being placed. His heart was next to mine and my heart was next to his. We had each other now, and we were going to face the challenges of the world together. I made my own vow, to make sure I do whatever it takes to always remain by his side. Now that we were bonded, if he just so happens to die again, I will perish with him. If something happens to me, then he will perish.
After we bonded, I brought A'Ying to our room. We placed a privacy charm around the room to keep noise from getting out. I let my hair down and removed my robes. A'Ying did the same. I then pulled him into a kiss. I forgot how sweet they were. I will have to come clean about the kiss at Baifeng, but not today.
A'Ying laid down on the bed and I followed, laying down gently on top of him. Our bodies together created a warmth that made me long for him. He was now mine, and we were going to dual cultivate just to be complete. There would be no me without him. I love him so much and I am glad that he was here in my arms.
A long time ago, I had a desire to pin this man down and take him, make him mine and just do as I pleased. Now that I have him, I wanted to make our first time together special. I was not forceful or rough. After preparing him, and making my way into him, there was a warmth and desire that I ever felt before. After the first thrust I froze in place just to let him adjust to my size. I kissed him to help calm him, he had one hand on my shoulder, the other slowly stroking my back, from the nape of my neck to the base of my spine.
"You feel so good," I whispered. . . and then I couldn't hold back any longer. I pulled my hips back and plunged deep into him. A'Ying moaned, his hands locked onto my shoulders, his breath against my face, his voice in my ear, urging me to go more.
"Oh, A'Ying!" I growled as his lips were against my ear, whispering my name over and over, like a chant, or a song, or a prayer.
"A'Zhan!" He moaned out, "harder."
I gave in to his request and with a snap of my hips, I plunged deep into him again, hitting his sweet spot with the perfect precision and pressure. A'Ying kept saying my name, telling me how good he felt, and much more he wanted. We already felt our souls bond through the bonding ceremony, but this, it was like our everything merged and I could feel all of him. His essence and his spirit, his desire and love. I felt my body completely give in to him and our energies merged.
When they merged, it was like the amount of pleasure doubled, maybe tripled as the rush of energy ran through us both. I felt my release into him and his release in response. With our lips in sync, and one final thrust, our pleasures were fulfilled. I then pulled out of him and collapsed on the bed beside him.
I could hear him giggling, "hmm?" I questioned looking at him.
"That was incredible," he said, "we are now forever bonded in every way. There is no turning back now, A'Zhan. Are you prepared to be with me for that long?"
"Longer," I responded as I pulled him into my arms and placed a kiss on his forehead.
"Mnn, I love you so much," he said.
I felt my lips curve into a smile, "I love you too, A'Ying."
