A few more matches had gone by and now it was the final match of the first round. The fighters would be Itsuka and Bakugo. Bakugo stood from his seat and walked out, quickly followed by Izuku.
Bakugo: "We both know I'm gonna win."
Izuku sighed.
Izuku: "Yeah, but she'll definitely be a challenge."
Bakugo smirked.
Bakugo: "Yeah she will. I'm looking forward to it."
Eventually they made it to the waiting room and Izuku let Bakugo prepare. Izuku then walked all the way to the other waiting room to see Itsuka. He knocked on the door, just to see Monoma answer it.
Monoma: "1-A scum! Leave now!"
He heard Itsuka sigh from within.
Itsuka: "Let him in!"
Monoma turned to face her.
Monoma: "But you don't even know who it i-"
Izuku chopped his neck and he crumpled. He then stepped over the unconscious boy.
Izuku: "Wow, that IS therapeutic."
Itsuka giggled in agreement.
Itsuka: "So what are you here for, to sooth me about my impending defeat?"
Izuku: "Maybe. Do you need soothing?"
She laughed again and shook her head.
Itsuka: "No, but I am glad you came."
She stood up and walked over to him.
Itsuka: "This is for what you said to that Shinso guy."
She leaned forward and placed a kiss on his cheek. Then Present Mic could be heard.
Present Mic: "The next match is going to be starting. May the contestants come out!?"
Itsuka: "That's my cue! See ya later!"
She ran out of the room and to the tunnel. Izuku, stunned, slowly walked back to the 1-A seating area.

Bakugo had won the match. Despite being outclassed, Itsuka did better than many thought she would. She used her quirk to through debris around, hoping it would distract Bakugo. It almost worked until one final explosion made the dust and debris disperse. Now, Izuku walked out and onto the concrete arena. The second round started now.
Present Mic: "For the first match of the second round, we have Izuku Midoriya, Master of Matter, versus, the cold and calculating Shoto Todoroki!"
Todoroki stared at Izuku from across the fighting area
Midnight: "Are you two ready?"
They both nodded.
Midnight: "Alright."
She swung her hand down.
Midnight: "Start!"
Todoroki immediately sent a wave of ice at Izuku, reached forward with one hand and used Destruction Alchemy to break the ice and stop it's assault. Izuku then stepped through the cloud of ice dust.
Izuku: "I won't go back on what I said Todoroki. You use half of you're power, and I use half of mine."
Todoroki scoffed.
Todoroki: "And you know why I won't use the other half."
Izuku sighed.
Izuku: "Alright. Guess this is just a half-assed battle then."
He destroyed another wave of ice Todoroki threw at him and kept walking.
Izuku: "Ice is physical, I can destroy any physical attack. You can't win while using half your a abilities."
He destroyed more ice, then another. All the crowd could see at this point was a giant cloud of ice particles and the blue sparks of Izuku's Alchemy. Soon the struggle stopped and the cloud of ice died down to reveal Izuku was holding a frosted Todoroki by the shirt. Todoroki was leaned so that if Izuku let go, he fall off the pad and lose.
Todoroki: "I.... won't use... his.. qu-"
Izuku: "Is it him who ignites the flame, or you? If it was HIS quirk, HIS power, HIS fire, then he'd be able to force you to use it. It's your quirk, not his. Use it to be a true hero."
Izuku then let go of Todoroki, but he didn't fall, instead he rose back up to a standing position. It was then Izuku felt the heat radiating from Todoroki himself. In response, he jumped backwards.
Todoroki: "You're crazy, you know that, right? To help your opponent even though it'll cost you your victory."
Izuku: "Guess I just can't help it."
Izuku clapped his hands together.
Todoroki: "I'll finish this in one move!"
Todoroki unconsciously used both sides and lunged at Izuku. Izuku quickly touched the ice particles all over the ground and used them to create a wall of water. This was in vain however as Todoroki blasted through it and hit him. The next thing Izuku knew, he was blasted across the arena and fell off.
Midnight: "Midoriya is out! Todoroki wins!"
