Monday had rolled around and Class 1-A all stood within the train station closest to UA, the costume cases and luggage in hand. Aizawa stood close to the edge of the platform, addressing the entire class.

Aizawa: "Remember, these pros are taking time out of their schedules and using their resources to train you. If they deem you a waste of time, they can send you back to us at will, and you will NOT like what I have in plan for any that do get sent back. Understood?"

He got a collective acknowledgement from the class. He then went and sat down on a nearby bench. While waiting for the train, Izuku noticed something and walked over to Ashido.

Izuku: "Hey, Ashido. Is something wrong?"

Ashido: "-yawn- No. Why?"

Izuku: "You just seem less energetic than usual."

Ashido: "Oh, well ya got me. I haven't been getting much sleep lately. It's nothing big, sometimes there's just a few days where I don't get too much sleep. It'll pass."

Izuku: "Whatever you say. Just know, as class rep, it's my job to make sure everyone's okay."

The girl yawned and nodded as the train arrived. Izuku got on as did a few others as the train would take them to their stop. Izuku looked out the window as the train began to move, as he did, he could've sworn he saw Ashido grinning at him, and not her usual grin either, he then blinked and she was back to being dead tired. He shook his head and looked again, still tired. He shrugged and pulled out his phone as the train fully left the station.

Present Mic walked down the halls of UA. Due to both first year hero classes being on their internships, he had two free periods to do what he wanted, and what he wanted was answers. He had known Aizawa most of their lives, he knew when the man held a secret, especially a dangerous one, and it all led back to Izuku Midoriya. He would be be damned if he let another friend die on him. He made it to the office Nezu gave to Izuku to use and entered. He would find his answers.

---

Izuku looked at his phone one last time to make sure he was at the right building, as it looked like he was at the entrance to an ordinary apartment building.

Izuku: "This is the place. Wonder why he wanted me here."

He entered the building and walked towards what looked to be a receptionist desk. A man typing on a computer looked up at him as he approached.

Receptionist: "Name?"

Izuku: "Izuku Midoriya.

He typed on the computer.

Receptionist: "Room 112."

Izuku: "Thanks."

He walked over to the elevator and pressed the button, nothing happened. Izuku sighed as it appeared the elevator was broken. He walked to the stairwell and walked up to the third floor. He found his way to the specific room and knocked on the door. Moments later, the floor beneath him disappeared and he fell all the way to the basement. He hit a large pad that cushioned his fall. Footsteps were then heard approaching him.

???: "Glad to see you made it."

Izuku looked in the direction to see Edgeshot who stuck his hand out. Izuku took his hand and was pulled up.

Edgeshot: "Apologies for the fall. Mr. Merick tends to forget that most people don't like to fall that far."

Izuku: "Eh, at least there was a soft landing."

Edgeshot: "Heros may be trained, but we still get hurt, even from those falls."

He let go of Izuku's hand and motioned for him to follow, which he did. He continued to speak as they walked.
