~A Week Later~

"Okay" Fabian, Amber and I are huddled up as he hands me the thing with the hieroglyphics. We decided to take a week for me to show them how to have fun before going into the whole treasure hunt "so I've looked all through the internet and books I could find at the moment, there's nothing on what they could mean"

"Okay" nodding my head "maybe on the photograph cylinders is there something"

When the bell rings, Amber waves "Follow me" we follow her to deep in the woods.

"Does this" I ask "have anything to do with the sentimental things you asked us to bring?" I brought my purple fuzzy rabbits foot that my birth father gave me for good luck. It's never been good luck but it is sentimental in a way.

"Yes" when we are near a tree, she starts a fire on the empty barrel "Oh ancient gods of Anubis House. We pledge ourselves to your secrets and your quest. We are Sibuna Club and we make these sacrifices as a pledge"

"You mean burn these?" Fabian asks holding his signed book of the solar system are your friends "this is a signed copy"

"Okay" she says "this may seem really dumb, but in all secret and very important clubs you need to sacrifice something"

"Okay" I say holding up my right hand "to the ancient gods of Anubis House, I Leralynn Swan. Being sound of mind" tilting my head side to side "semi sound of mind promise to protect the secrets of Anubis House and stand by my fellow club members Amber Millington and Fabian Rutter. To show my devotion I sacrifice my purple rabbits foot that my birth father gave to me when I was five after killing my first pet rabbit" tossing it into the fire.

"I, Fabian Rutter" Fabian does the same "being of sound mind promise to protect the secrets of Anubis House and stand by my fellow club members Amber Millington and Leralynn Swan. To show my devotion I sacrifice my signed copy of the Solar System is my Friend" tossing the book into the fire.

"And I" Amber says "Amber Millington, being of sounds and minds promise to protect the secrets of Anubis House and stand by my fellow club members Fabian Rutter and Leralynn Swan. To show my devotion I sacrifice my vanity and by doing so I toss a picture of myself" tossing a picture of herself into the fire.

"These" we hold hands around the fire "are our sacred vows. Let no man or woman tear then asunder" pulling away we have our right hands over out right eye each saying in unison "Sibuna!" Thunder roses in the sky somewhere. Odd.

"Come on" waving my hand "let's go before we get rained on"

"And of course" Amber says "I've just done my hair" as we leave I drop the hieroglyphics and open it.

"I didn't try that" he says

"What's in it?" We each take a piece seeing writing on the inside, thankfully in English.

When they are out together I read aloud "When daytime ends at midday, through tears of glass the eye shall see. This is possibly the weirdest riddle I've ever read"

"And what about the letter?" Amber asks

"Oh!" Fabian exclaims as we head back, I put the pieces back in my bag "she was known as the goddess of Healing and Magic, but before her name was modernized it was Aset. She was the sister wife to Osiris, daughter of Ra. She has taken of the depictions of several other female Egyptian deities such as Hathor or Mutt, she is known as the Queen of the Egyptian deities"

"Okay...so descendant of Isis means like a son or daughter from her bloodline" I say "but what I don't understand is what Sarah meant by your not a chosen one but the chosen one"
