~Demetri's POV~

Felix and I hold our mates as we are outside having a bonfire with their friends from England. The kids are all asleep right now. "Remember that one time we tried to cook for ourselves?" Patricia asks

My mate makes a face "I was the one who cooked"

"Yeah but you ordered us around and it counts" Patricia argues

"So" Jerome tells us "a few years back Fabian, Patricia, Amber and Lera was convinced that our caretaker Victor took a cat and stuffed it"

"That's" Amber shakes her head "cause he did!"

"We" Fabian explains "accused him of stealing a cat that Amber and Lera stole in the first place"

I look down at my mate "The cat wandered into our room, Amber decided to keep Mr. Whiskers"

"Mr. Whiskers" shaking her head "may he rest in peace"

"He's not dead Amber" Lera shakes her head "he was adopted to a family nearby"

"We should get a cat!" Amber looks at her mate who raised his eyebrow "you could be a cat daddy and me a cat mommy!"

"Anything for you mi amor" he says

"Demetri? Felix?" We look over seeing Carlisle "could we talk?"

"Fine" we stand up going to talk to him annoyed, our mates friends wondering why we are annoyed with Carlisle.

"What do you want Carlisle?" Felix demands

"Victoria" the vampire whose mate the Cullens killed for the human blood singer "she's coming this weekend and could be after Leralynn and Amber"

"From what we understand" I growl at him "she has no reason to come after our mates"

"We even spoke to her" Felix adds

Carlisle looks nervous "You did?"

"We did" I tracked her down "and she has no vendetta against our mates or the children, she said her vendetta is with you Cullens and that blood singer"

"Leave" Felix orders "before we end someone from your coven" god I hate the Cullens.

~Lera's POV~

"Where are we going?" Demetri asks as I lead him through the forest to this place I found years ago "and why am I wearing a blind fold?"

"Let's just say" looking at him "I have something special" I know that for most they would wait but I know myself and my soul, my soul wants to be connected to Demetri. When I'm with him I forget about Zephyr, I honestly forgot that Zephyr fathered my children until the twins asked about him. One day we'll tell them the truth but for now no, what they know if that Zephyr died in a fire. He didn't completely die, Demetri wants him to suffer a bit before doing anything. When we get to the beach, I take off my clothing. The beach we are at is covered with cliffs all around that at the top there are trees.

Pressing my lips to Demetri, I smile when Demetri places his hands on my ass and is confused before moving his hands over my body. I giggle when he removed his blindfold seeing me naked and us on a beach "I know what I'm thinking" Demetri says "but you need to tell me so that I'm sure"

"What are you thinking?" I ask

Nodding my head "I am" backing up as I go into the water "I'm very ready" Demetri quickly removed his clothes before joining me in the water. Looking up at the moon and stars "so beautiful"
