I walk into my Math class, following my routine, but my gaze is irresistibly drawn to the girl in the back—Taissa Turner, a girl from my soccer team.
As I take my seat and delve into my work, a strange sensation tingles at the back of my mind, as if someone is watching me intently. I turn around, and there she is—Tai, her eyes wandering over my form. When our eyes meet, she offers an awkward smile, which I reciprocate.
Later, as I prepare for soccer practice in the changing rooms, I peel off my shirt, reaching for my soccer jersey. It happens again—the feeling of being observed. I glance over and find Tai fixated on me, her eyes locked on my bare skin. This time, she doesn't look away, and a mix of flattery and intrigue washes over me. I avert my gaze, slipping on my jersey.
As practice commenced, I skillfully seized hold of the ball, feeling the energy surge through my veins. Shauna, with a precise kick, sent the ball soaring towards me, and without a moment's hesitation, I burst into action, sprinting towards the net with determination. With a well-calculated strike, the ball found its mark, and the net rippled as I celebrated scoring a brilliant goal.
I approach Coach Ben and politely request permission to get some water, to which he readily agrees. I head back to the changing rooms and open my locker, reaching for a bottle of water. Suddenly, I feel a warm embrace from behind, arms gently wrapping around my waist.
Turning my head slightly, I discover Tai standing there. "Nice shot," she murmurs into my ear. Blushing, I thank her for the compliment while her touch sends shivers down my spine.
Tai's hands slide under my shirt, gently exploring my body, and I can't help but gasp at her touch. My head falls back onto her shoulder as she leans in and places tender kisses on my neck.
With a soft breath, she moves to my ear, "I've been wanting to do this all day" . Trying to catch my breath, I mumble "You've been eye fucking me all day" . She chuckles against my skin, "Was it really that obvious?"
"I wouldn't be surprised if people assume we're dating just from how you've been looking at me," I whisper back with a smile. She kisses me again "I need you" she mumbled against my skin. "And I need to get back to practice"
Reluctantly, we pull away from each other, and I make my way back to the field, feeling her eyes on me as she follows closely behind with a hint of disappointment etched on her face.
