"Tai, truth or dare?" Jackie's voice resonates playfully from across the room as she locks eyes with her friend.
"We're 17, I don't think truth or dare is really our thing," Tai mutters, adjusting her posture but maintaining a hint of reluctance.
"Come on, Taiii, don't be a pussy," Van interjects with a playful nudge, encouraging Tai to join in the fun.
Reluctantly, Tai gives in. "Fine, truth."
Jackie's eyes light up mischievously as she leans in and whispers something to Shauna, making it clear she's got an interesting question in mind. Her arms folded, she looks at Tai with a grin. "Are you a virgin?"
The attention shifts to Tai, who discreetly glances at Van before answering confidently, "No."
I catch Tai's subtle glance at Van, and I notice the pleased expression on Van's face. I try not to burst into laughter looking at Vans face when I remember that i'm the only one who knows about their relationship.
Jackie's eyes widen in disbelief as she glances at Tai before breaking into a round of applause.
Tai turns her attention towards me, a mischievous glint in her eyes. "Y/N, Truth or Dare?"
"Truth," I reply, raising an intrigued eyebrow. Nat chimes in from beside me, "Wait, new rule: you can't choose truth right after someone else does."
"Alright, then Dare," I decide, turning my gaze back to Tai. She grins, seemingly already plotting something.
"Kiss your crush," she declares playfully. My heart skips a beat as I look around at the intrigued faces of everyone present.
"I-is that just a quick peck, or do I have to make out?" I nervously inquire.
Tai scans the room, milking the suspense, before deciding, "Makeout," and her smile widens.
Glancing over at my secret girlfriend, Lottie, I find her nodding in approval and assurance.
"Okay, fine," I whisper, mustering up the courage. I approach Lottie and gently press her against the wall, passionately kissing her.
Gasps fill the room as we pull away, and I catch the blush on Lottie's face. I discreetly wipe my lips and then look back at Tai with a sense of accomplishment. "Dare completed."
