Mobians(Illumination's Minions but it's Sonic)

Five: Villaincon

Hours had passed since the hedgehogs joined the Nelson family on a road trip to Station Square, where the villains convention Villaincon was being held. Shadow had fallen asleep after leaning his back against the seat, and he was slightly snoring. Silver's feet were crisscrossed in his seat as he was listening to some radio music, and Sonic was looking at Tina's villain magazine, showing off a ton of villains she liked.

"When we get to Villaincon, I'm gonna have a lot of my favorite villains sign my magazine!" she exclaimed, showing Sonic some of her favorites. There was one called the Darkest Night, and he was a hedgehog too, but crystalized. When Sonic asked about him, he realized that he wouldn't want to work for him because...well...he killed his last henchmen. There was another one who lived in the ocean. Sonic knew that he wouldn't be working for that villain since that one lived under the water.

Tina flipped a few more pages through her magazine, showing Zeena. It was just like from the commercial back at the mall! "Oh, oh, oh! Look at her. Zeena! The coolest supervillain like, EVER!" Tina exclaimed as Sonic took the magazine from her. Sonic was still lovestruck by her. He slightly blushed when he got a glimpse of her picture. As Tina explained more about Zeena, Sonic unfolded her picture, seeing a full body glimpse of her, scarlet red dress and all. "If I was a Mobian, that's who'd I work for," Tina finally said.

Sonic kept on getting lovestruck as he looked at the picture of the Zeti queen in front of him. "Here we are! The city of Station Square!" Mr. Nelson exclaimed as Shadow woke up from his nap. "Yeah! We're here!" Tina exclaimed as they passed by a welcome to Station Square sign. They happened to drive into the city, Sonic becoming amazed by the sights of the city. "This is amazing! Sonic! Shadow! Are you seeing this?" Silver asked the hedgehogs in the back.

"We're looking!" Shadow exclaimed as they looked out the windows. The buildings were just as impressive as those in Empire City, and it seemed that there was a bit more entertainment as well, since bright lights surrounded some of the buildings. Sonic never thought he'd be seeing such a city just as nice as Empire City. If the cities were this nice, then that meant that there were other fancy cities as well.

They drove out of the city as Sonic and Shadow watched it disappear behind them. Even Silver watched before facing the front again. Afterwards, they drove next to what appeared to be an abandoned bait store, leaving the hedgehogs in confusion. A bait store? What's so special about this? Sonic thought as Mr. Nelson stopped the car in front of a speaker. "Hey gang watch this," he smiled as he rolled down the car window.

A person spoke from the speaker, but Mr. Nelson replied with, "Hi. We're here for so much fun...it's a crime." The light blinked green, and the bait shop fell, a vent soon forming above the car. The hedgehogs were speechless as the vent engulfed the car fully, dropping it off at an underground parking lot. The car drove through a doorway, and soon, they had arrived. The hedgehogs were finally at Villaincon.

"This is it! Villaincon! We're here!!" Shadow exclaimed happily as he shook Sonic. "Yeah! No need to get excited!" Sonic exclaimed, for he was getting very dizzy. This was when the black hedgehog stopped shaking Sonic when he saw that this was the case. When the car was parked, everyone got out, Sonic, Shadow, and Silver following behind. "Well, this is it. This is where our time together comes to an end," Mr. Nelson started. He bent down to Sonic and Shadow, telling them thank you again for what they did with the cops. "Nah, don't mention it," Sonic said with a smile.

Tina then pulled on her father's sleeve when she smelt the fishy smell of the seaside villain. They took off as the hedgehogs laughed at this. "Good luck boys. I hope you find what you're looking for!" Mrs. Nelson smiled. She cleaned the side of Binky's cheek with her finger and left to be with her husband. "Thank you! Hope we'll meet again!" Sonic exclaimed as he and the hedgehogs waved goodbye. He noticed something on Silver, so he cleaned it like now Mrs. Nelson cleaned her youngest son.

Silver, laughing, said, "You know I'm fourteen right?" Sonic nodded and said, "Yeah. I know. But I'm still looking out for you." The three then left the Nelson's car, cheering over their victory once again as Shadow screamed, "It's Villaincon time! Let's go!" The three looked at the huge Villaincon banner above them as they entered the convention. It was a very huge convention indeed. Villains were everywhere, advertising their feats.

Sonic, Shadow, and Silver all decided to spilt up and look for Zeena while also looking around the convention to see what was up. Shadow went left, Sonic took the center path, and Silver went right. On Shadow's end, he saw a lot of interesting villains. He noticed some who were hybrids, some who could form things from midair, and one who had rocket shoes like him. They weren't the same kind as Shadow's, but they were similar. He glimpsed at them before walking on.

Sonic saw some villains on his pathway of choice. He even happened to see that Darkest Night dude advertising his stuff. Sonic couldn't get over how crystally the Darkest Night was. As the blue hedgehog continued walking, he happened to get a glimpse of a young boy and his mother who were also enjoying the convention. Sonic stopped and watched the two, until the boy looked over his shoulder and waved at Sonic. Sonic waved back, and the boy's mother happened to see this. "Found a new friend I see," she said with a smile. She walked over to Sonic, patted his hand, and said, "It's nice to meet you young man."

"It's nice to meet you too. My name is Sonic. Sonic the Hedgehog," Sonic said introducing himself. After when the boy's mother let go of his hand, Sonic turned to the boy. He was around his height, just slightly above his muzzle. His hair was short, straight, and brown, and he wore some scientist goggles on his head. Sonic even liked his black and grey scarf and his black jacket. Sonic was about to ask for the boy's name, but soon, his mission came back to him. "It was nice meeting you two, but I have to go. See you!" was what Sonic exclaimed as he began to run off. Before he could go, the boy called out to him: "Will I see you again?"

Sonic turned back to the boy, smiled, and said, "I'm sure we'll meet again." He gave the boy a thumbs up before heading on his way. The boy waved at Sonic, his mother saying, "Such a nice hedgehog, don't you think so?" He nodded and then said, "Yeah. He is. I hope we'll meet again."

Silver saw a lot of cool villains on his end, and even saw some people signing up for a villains class. The people at the desk were asking those who were signing up if they had any evil talents, and Silver saw a crocodile blow fire from its mouth. He decided to keep on going, holding his bear for good luck on looking for Zeena. He spotted a scientist in one corner and ran over to his stand.

"I'm sorry, but I'm not looking for any new recruits, but I've invented the world's first time machine!" the scientist said when Silver held up his information card to him. After hearing this, Silver put his card up, and watched the time machine work. He was impressed, but it faded when he watched all of the clones vanish when the real one was hit. Silver ended up shrugging and leaving.

Sonic was panting, since he had ran for awhile now. Yet he still had no sign of Zeena. He realized that he was standing in the entrance to a theater auditorium, for he looked up and saw a statue of her, as well as an advertisement poster. Sonic tried to hold his lovestruck thoughts in when he looked at Zeena's statue. "Introducing Zeena! The world's first female supervillain!" the intercom spoke.

Silver and Shadow had dashed over to Sonic's location. "This must be the spot where Zeena will be huh?" Shadow asked Sonic, who nodded in response. "Yeah! She must be super famous to have a theater show! Come on! We gotta go get a seat!" Sonic exclaimed. He then dashed through the theater doors, Shadow and Silver following behind. The show was about to begin, and the curtain was fixing to rise on the Mobian tribe's new boss: Zeena!
