Mobians(Illumination's Minions but it's Sonic)

Seven: Welcome to Spagonia

The flight so far was very pleasant to Sonic, Shadow, and Silver, who had just be hired by the supervillain queen herself: Zeena. They were headed off to the city of knowledge and art, which happened to be the Spagonia. Shadow was trying a few drinks on the ship while also admiring the sky outside, Silver had his window open so he could feel the wind on his face, and Sonic was calling his tribe, telling them about Zeena. "Ugh, someone pick up already!" he said to himself.

What he didn't know was that his tribe was celebrating for the master that they had found. Well, more like the master than wandered into their home. As they sang, one of them, a Mobian bat named Rouge, picked up the phone when she heard it rang. "Hello?" she asked. "Rouge?! Is that you?" Sonic said happily. "Big Blue! What a shock! I was wondering how you and the boys were doing!" Rouge said in a shocking way.

The two talked on the phone about Zeena and Spagonia, only for Rouge to not see one of the Mobians blow a tuba so loud, it crushed the head on one of the creatures they called master. And they happened to be yetis. "So, you know the drill right? Get the tribe to Spagonia!" Sonic exclaimed through the phone. "Her name is Zeena right? That's a nice name-" Rouge was cut off as she noticed the tribe getting chased away by the yetis. Not even hanging up the phone, she flew off to join them.

Sonic was starting to get worried when he noticed that his connection with Rouge had cut off. "Hello? Hello? Are you there Rouge?" Sonic asked as he held the phone in front of him. "Weird. It's not typical for her to hang up like that..." he trailed as he hung the phone up. He was glad that they got the message at least. "Welcome to Spagonia, my humble abode!" Zeena exclaimed as they began to fly over the city.

Shadow was done with his final drink as he and the hedgehogs looked down at the city below them. "Wow! It's beautiful!" Silver exclaimed. "It's everything I imagined it to be. Just like the books!" Sonic exclaimed in happiness. They passed by the infamous clocktower, a few stores and restaurants, and even the Spagonian University. But what awed them the most was Zeena's main base. The three hedgehogs peered over their seats and through Zeena's window to see her base, which happened to be a castle. They gasped in awe.

The doors opened, and the ship landed inside of the main room. Zeena put her sunglasses up as the ship's doors opened again, the stairs showing up once again. Zeena went down first, and the hedgehogs followed after once they unbuckled themselves. Sonic really enjoyed the ride to the city, for it was very relaxing. Silver and Shadow had to agree with him. Like a woman, Zeena helped Sonic down from the stairs, and did the same with Shadow and Silver.

Zeena bent down to Silver and smiled at him. "By the way, I really like your bear," she said, headpatting Silver. "Thank you! Sonic made it for me!" he said happily. She smiled again as another person came down from the second floor, and he was seen wearing a fancy suit, a jetpack on his back. "Zavok! My man! Good to see you again!" Zeena exclaimed happily as the two hugged. "Ah! Welcome back Zeena!" Zavok exclaimed after the hug. "So, how was the convention?"

Zeena began to tell him all about it, and he was happy that she had fun. Even the hedgehogs smiled at the strong bond of friendship between the two of them. "Oh! Even got you a little something too while you were gone!" Zavok finally exclaimed, giving Zeena a card. She opened it and read it to herself, and then she looked at him. "Zavok, this is nice of you, but why?" she asked. "Just wanting to be nice. I mean, the bird is me, Zavok, saying that I missed you while you were away," Zavok finally said.

Afterwards, Zeena knew she couldn't stay mad at him. "Anyways, boys, this is my best friend and partner in crime Zavok. He's my machine and weapons expert," Zeena finally said, introducing the hedgehogs to her friend. She turned to Zavok and said: "Zavok, these are the new recruits: Sonic, Shadow, and the adorable one is Silver." The zeti couldn't help but smile as he crossed his arms. "Right on! I'm just loving how you guys are hedgehogs and are waaaaaaaaaaaaaay speedy for your sizes!" he exclaimed, doing a special handshake with Shadow. In the end, Shadow looked up at Zavok, and he winked at him. Shadow smiled and winked back.

Once everyone was done talking and meeting each other, Zeena gave them a quick tour of her castle before they walked into a room that stored many things she'd stolen over the years. They were so curious, the hedgehogs had to get a little looksee. Sonic was looking at a few relics, some happening to be dating back to the time the planet was shattered. Shadow gasped in awe at a fancy motorcycle. "Woah, cool! Did you steal this?" he asked in shock. "Sure did. It also happens to be one of the newer models," Zeena then said as she walked up to him.

Silver was looking at a soup can picture, and when Sonic and Shadow were done looking at their stuff, they joined Silver and stared at the soup can as well. Zavok had to explain why he stole it, but then, it was time to get down to the real point. "Ok boys, let's get down to business shall we?" Zeena then said in a more serious tone as she clapped her hands, the room going dark and shining on a portrait of the university. The hedgehogs faced it as Zavok joined his friend.

"Do you guys know what this place is?" Zeena asked as she pointed at the picture. Sonic recgonized it. It was the building they flew over when they first arrived in the town. "Hey. Isn't that the place we flew over?" Sonic asked her. "Indeed so my kind hedgehog. This is the Spagonian University. One of the oldest and most famous universities in the world. The university is also known for Professor Pickle, one of the head professors there," Zeena explained, another light shining on a portrait of Professor Pickle.

Silver then asked what was so important about the university, but Zeena continued with her point: "Oh, I love the university. I actually have attended it on many occasions. Mostly Pickle's history classes. But you see, the real reason on why I bring this place up is that the university has a sacred crown stored in one of the vaults behind it. The crown is made from some of the most priceless jewels ever, and it's also the governor's crown. You see, I've been a huge fan of his work, and I really, REALLY want his crown."

Zeena giggled at the end as the lights flicked back on, Zavok still in the same pose as we was before. "So all you have to do is steal the crown for me, and all of your dreams and wishes will come true," Zeena said wrapping it up. "Respect! Power!" she stopped when she looked down at Shadow, who screamed, "Coffee beans!" Zeena couldn't help but play along as she too said, "Coffee beans!" in a fun manner. The hedgehogs cheered. It was time to get to work on their first mission, and Sonic could taste the sweetness of becoming a hero around the corner. He just hoped that his tribe would get to the city alright....
