Mobians(Illumination's Minions but it's Sonic)

Ten: Governor Silver the Hedgehog

AN: Before I start the chapter, I wanna say that this is my favorite part in the whole movie and I had a blast writing it!

Sonic, Shadow, and Silver, three hedgehogs who were tasked with stealing the governor's crown, successfully completed their mission, but at the same time, Silver became governor of Spagonia! It was a very unexpected and weird day indeed, but the three didn't mind. They completed their goal, yet they didn't know how furious Zeena was.

The hoggers were in another limo. Not the one Sonic drove and wrecked, but a different one that was pure white. Besides wearing the governor's crown, Silver was also seen wearing a fancy suit over his normal yellow shirt, seeming that he had changed out of his denim overalls. "Hey Silver. You're governor. How do you feel?" Sonic asked Silver as the three arrived at the governor's palace. "It feels weird and great at the same time!" Silver exclaimed happily as Shadow smiled in advance. He added, "Well let's have a good time shall we?"

The three cheered in advance when the limo arrived at the governor's place, stopping in front of a bright red carpet that represented royalty. One of the butlers opened the door for Silver looked ahead at the crowd, a shocked look on his face. "Hello Governor Silver. Welcome to the governor's palace," the butler said as he gestured his hand to the massive building in front of them.

Sonic and Shadow were about to get out of the limo, but Silver closed the limo door, still a bit nerve racked. "Oh. What's the matter sire? Is something bothering you? Just name it and we can resolve it," the butler said as a response. Silver poked his head out of the window and said, "You can?", making the butler nod.

The change was made to having the guards dress up like Mobians(mostly hedgehogs)as Silver walked down the carpet, Sonic and Shadow following behind. They smiled and chuckled at the change Silver had made to make his entrance feel grand. If only they could see us now, Sonic thought with a smile, his tail slightly wagging. He watched Silver hug some of the guards and told the hoggers to come on, which they did.

They arrived on the balcony that overlooked the crowd as Sonic straightened Silver's suit and fixed the position the crown was on his head. "Hey. Break a leg out there would you?" Sonic smiled as he cleaned Silver's cheek with his thumb. It was just like back at Villaincon, and Silver smiled back. "I very much will. Thank you," Silver said with determination in his voice.

He walked up to the main balcony where he overlooked the crowd, a mic in front of him. Silver touched the mic in confusion, but then he turned to the butler and said, "Do I just...say something?" he asked. The butler nodded, and it gave Silver the perfect excuse for an entrance. At the top of his lungs, he screamed, "GOVERNOR SILVER!" as the crowd cheered in advance.

Silver chuckled to himself as the crowd died down as he began to propose a speech that kind of didn't make any sense to the crowd, and even Sonic and Shadow couldn't help but laugh in advance. Silver ended the speech with a bang, but only one person clapped as they looked at him weirdly. Confused, Silver looked back at the butler again. "Do I say the thing?" he asked the butler, who actually nodded again. Rubbing his chin, Silver thought about it, but then decided to scream, "GOVERNOR SILVER!" again at the top of his lungs, the crowd cheering once more.

After saying his line, he did a mic drop and left the balcony with Sonic and Shadow. The three hedgehogs entered the governor's palace, and it was super impressive indeed. It gave them the perfect time to explore and cause some chaos while they were at it. They all ran in different directions, each exploring a different part of palace with some butlers following after them. Silver levitated himself up some stairs as one butler chased him back and forth, soon seeing the grey hedgehog sliding down the other stair rail, cheering.

Sonic had a ball and paddleboard in hand, for he was in a more lush part of the palace with the governor's German Shepard dog. "You want the ball? Go get it!" Sonic exclaimed as he threw the ball in the air and whacked it with the paddleboard. Soon, he and the dog started running after the ball as butlers began chasing the two with German Shepards of their own. One of them lagged, since his German Shepard refused to move.

Shadow walked down a hallway and happened to spot some fancy light blue doors in front of him. When he opened the door, he gasped at what he saw. Woah. This is my kind of place, Shadow thought as he gasped in awe. It was a fancy spa room that was filled with jacuzzies and different kinds of spa essentials. He walked into the room and closed the door behind him, still admiring it in awe. A dip wouldn't hurt, Shadow thought with a smile. He took off his clothes, rocket shoes, and gloves, still keeping his inhibitors on as he grabbed some swim trunks from a nearby clothes rack.

Silver was having fun pranking the butlers as Shadow slipped on his swim trunks and dipped himself into one of the jacuzzies. "Ahhhhh. This is the life," Shadow said with a smile and sassy look on his face. "It's even more better with you two my beauties." He happed to have two framed pictures of motorcycles with him as he grabbed and hugged them both. "My lovelies," Shadow said with sass as he growled playfully, then kissing both pictures in advance. After that was done, Shadow continued to play around with the pictures...until Sonic saw him through the door, which was cracked. He didn't want to question it, and Shadow didn't see him, so he left.

Hours passed, and Silver was already worn out from all of his governor fun as someone painted a picture of him on a horse. Shadow, who had his regular clothes on, was leaning his back against some pillows, smiling to himself. Sonic still had the paddleboard and ball as he continued to play with the German Shepard. "Hey! Go fetch doggie!" Sonic exclaimed as he threw the ball again and whacked it with the paddleboard, the dog going after it.

Zeena soon busted open the door to the room they were in, a massive lava gun in hand. "Why you little-!" she was cut off by the German Shepard landing on top of her, causing her to fall back. She got up and wiped the dog hair off of her dress as the dog happily wagged its tail. Zeena, who wasn't amused, growled at the dog as everyone left the room. This woke Silver up fully as he got off the wooden horse he was on and Shadow got up from his lounging around. "Zeena! You're here!" Sonic exclaimed happily. She wasn't happy though.

"Don't you Zeena me you little traitors! Using Zavok's weapons to steal MY crown!" she snarled, placing the lava gun up to Sonic's forehead. Sonic began to sweat as he stepped back and tried to convince her with this: "Zeena. This isn't what it looks like. We got the job done." Zavok walked in as he rubbed his head. "I feel used. Like literality," he said with a sigh. Zeena took the lava gun away from Sonic's forehead. "You stole my dream. One day, I was going to be governor of Spagonia and rule it all. I would wear a dress so sparkly and glow, and everyone one would be watching and they would be crying!" Zeena then exclaimed as she explained what her coronation would be.

Sonic almost felt sorry for her. It was still true that the job done, but yet she didn't believe them. Zeena then got back to the point as she grabbed her lava gun from Zavok and said, "And yet you three would turn behind my back and steal all of my hopes and dreams away from me!" She aimed it at the hedgehogs, but Sonic stopped her. "Wait wait! Here. We'll give you the crown. We stole it for you as promised!" he exclaimed this as he took the crown off of Silver's head and handed it to her.

One of the butlers then showed up a bit infuriated. "No. No! What are you doing Governor Silver? You cannot just hand the crown over to some random woman like that! There are laws!" he shouted as he entered the room. "Who invited the know it all?" Zavok whispered to Zeena's ear, who scoffed. "Laws?" Silver asked as he looked at Zeena and Zavok, ears dropping. He sighed and looked at Sonic and Shadow. "Looks like our fun here has come to an end. It was very enjoyable, and I'll never forget it." Silver smiled after saying that, and Sonic and Shadow couldn't of been happier. They were already satisficed by their adventure in the governor's palace.

Silver looked back at Zeena, Zavok, and the butler. He knew what he had to do to make things right. "Well...I might as well change the law."
