"Mizu why are you hugging my legs?" Megumi asked, placing another outside. "Because I don't want you to leave, Papa," Mizu said, looking up at him with her big, innocent eyes.
"Stay with me and Mama." Her eyes started welling up, and she clung onto Megumi tight. "Aww, baby girl," Megumi's heart melted at Mizu's plea.
He squatted down to her level and gently wiped away her tears with a loving smile. "We've talked about this, I gotta head to art school for a minute," he said softly, pulling her close.
