At the end of the week, Brina and Megumi returned home from their visit to the art school. They were filled with fond memories of their time there, and their love for each other had only deepened.
But then, Megumi still had one more month until he was home from good. As they pulled up to his parent's house, Brina couldn't help but feel a mix of excitement and sadness.
Excitement to see her daughter again and sadness because Megumi going back to school. As they parked the car, Brina turned to Megumi, holding his hand. "I'll miss you," she said softly, looking into his eyes.
Megumi smiled, bringing her hand to his lips for a gentle kiss. "I'll miss you more, my love," he replied. "But I promise to call you" "Hey we made it two years, what's one more month?" Brina replied with a reassuring smile.
