Haneul was packing her bag with her mother and Hyunjae watching her.
"So I'll see you around then" Hyunjae said to her. Haneul snickered.
"We never go to your house, Haneul" Mrs. Lee said. "Come to think of it" Haneul turned to her mother. "You're right. Maybe we can make a small party for both families. We even have a pool, Mom!" Haneul was excited.
"You and your undying love to play in the pool yet you cannot swim" Mrs. Lee added, which made Hyunjae laugh.
"I guess it runs in the family" Haneul chuckled.
They walked down the stairs, ready to send Haneul to her house when her phone rang. Her brows furrowed looking at the caller ID.
"Haneul! Jongseong..." Jungwon at the other end voiced.
Her eyes widened. She ended the call and quickly went to the web. She turned her phone horizontally and increased the volume. Both Hyunjae and Mrs. Lee watched too.
It was a press conference at Miro. But the star of the show was not there yet. Jongseong.
"He didn't mention anything about the press conference" Hyunjae said. "Hurry, Haneul! Go to him!" Mrs. Lee said.
"Let's go Haneul" Hyunjae took her hand, leaving her things behind.
Hyunjae sped through the road with Haneul still watching her phone.
"He's here" she announced when Jongseong appeared on the screen.
After greeting the media, he began to address the current issues going on.
"There is speculation that you are stepping down from your position" one of the reporters asked. Haneul looked at Hyunjae, confused. "Stepping down? What does that mean?"
Hyunjae was reluctant to reply. He sighed. "He did talk about this to me"
"Because of our marriage issue?" "Yes. You knows how media can be manipulative and make one person looks really bad"
"No" she looked at the screen again. "He works so hard" Looking at Jongseong struggling to answer such questions hurted her.
"For the time being, I am unable to confirm that" his answer received murmurs from the reporters. Camera clicks didn't stop.
"Can you comment about your fake marriage with ExploLab's heiress Miss Lee Haneul?" Another reporter asked. "Is it true the whole wedding is fake?" "An article about a company heir being a bully is taken down so suddenly. Does this have anything to do with what's going on? Some people agreed that the article is about you, Mr. Park"
Jongseong sighed as he was bombarded with multiple questions at once. The staff of the conference tried to control the situation.
"It's true it's a fake marriage" he announced that made everyone silent.
He took another breath, not able to look at the crowd. Jongseong was starting to sweat profusely.
He closed his eyes, trying his hardest to control himself.
"Mr. Park, can you answer the questions?" Another reporter said.
"We... me and Miss Lee agreed on the marriage for the sake of the business. But over time, I started to fall for her. And we agreed to eliminate the agreement" he answered.
"What about the bully allegation? Some source said the article was written by your old friend. Is the article true?"
"No, the article is never true" he answered calmly.
The reporters didn't seem satisfied with his answer.
"Is it true you never force Miss Lee Haneul of ExploLab into marriage?"
Hearing that, his heart shattered. Jongseong shook his head. "I would never do that to her"
The reporters kept shouting questions but he couldn't hear them anymore as everything was blurring in front of him.
The door burst open. A woman came running inside, standing at the center of the room. "Jongseong" her eyes filled with tears.
Jongseong was speechless. He froze there for a moment. He stared at her as if both of them were the only people left on the planet. His body began to react. He stepped away slowly from the podium, then his steps fastened. He rushed towards her, enveloping her in a tight hug. Both of them immediately broke down in tears. They stayed like that for a few moments.
When Jongseong pulled back slightly to look into her face, he cupped her cheek with his hand and gazed directly at her lips. Haneul immediately wrapped her arms around his neck and crashed her lips against his. Her soft lips pressed against his own, not caring about other people watching them.
When they parted, he rested his forehead on hers. They exchanged small smiles, glad that they had each other again.

Haneul stood there before the door of the greenhouse. Her knee level dress was white. It fell perfectly on her body. On top of her head was a flower crown made of tiny flowers. She pushed open the door.
As she entered, she felt like she was entering some kind of fairy tale, or perhaps a dream. The sight before her was magical. The plants in the garden were blooming. A white carpet spreaded on the floor, with white petal covering creating a flower path that led to a flower wall. There stood Jongseong in his suit, just like on the wedding day.
They met each other's eyes and giggled. "This is awkward, Jongseong" she stepped on the flower path slowly. Haneul held the flower bouquet in her grip tighter as she approached him. He was laughing at her. "Gosh you are so cute!"
"Shut it" her face was red. He stared at her as she made her way to him. Haneul stood before him. Jongseong cleared his throat, imitating someone else's voice. "Now the bride and the groom may exchange their vows"
She laughed at his funny voice. Both of them said their vow perfectly. Jongseong took out a white box. He opened them to reveal two silver rings. He took one of them, slipping it around Haneul's finger. She giggled, as he kissed her knuckles softly.
She took another ring and slipped it on his finger. She looked up at him. A smile grew on Jongseong's face as he admired the beautiful girl before him.
"I don't deserve you" he said. She smiled brightly at him.
"Now the groom may kiss the bride" he whispered.
Haneul gazed deeply into his eyes as he leaned closer and kissed her gently on the lips. She smiled against his lips. He hugged her tightly. Haneul wrapped her arms around his neck. They pulled away. Jongseong kissed her forehead.
"I love you, Haneul"
"I love you too, Jongseong"
He looked at her with a sheepish smile. "So you're moving right?"
She was confused. "Moving?"
"Moving into my room" he chuckled.
She smacked him. "I love you but sometimes I really want to throw you off a cliff"
