In the lair, Donnie sat in his lab staring blankly at a picture of April that was set on the wall near him.
He was both proud and confused as to why he wasn't think about her when he was staring straight at her picture. After a little bit of thinking he found out what he was trying to figure out.
Just last night when he was looking for those mysterious ninjas on the computer, he had been near some kind of wall that didn't look like it could hold anyone unless they were incredibly small or tiny enough to fit inside that kind of space. He remembered walking up to the wall and searching underneath a small opening that was under the wall.
He hadn't seen anything until he saw a small puddle with the moons reflection give it an image of... Eyes.
Dark blue eyes that were....beautiful. They looked emotionless or with so much emotion it looked like nothing was there.
Donnie put a hand on his face and sighed.
He was a mechanic, not a face reader. He had no idea what those eyes were telling him.
Then he heard the call for help.Him and his brothers were searching for the voice, but didn't find who it belonged to. So they decided to head home since their curfew wouldn't let them stay out any longer.
After running the image of those blue eyes through his mind a few more times, he face palmed himself.
How could Donnie have missed it?
He had found one of the ninjas! And he didn't say anything because he was too mesmerized on the eyes he...
Donnie shook his head. All he had to do know was find out where those ninjas could've gone.
