Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard is the heiress to the Dukedom and Territory of Norfolk on Star-Base 12.
She is the eldest male line great-great-great-granddaughter of Lord Patrick William Howard who had to flee from Pre-World War Three Planet Earth from Europe on April 30, 2153.
Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard is the oldest male line great-grandchild of Lord Charles Andrew Howard SR through his oldest son, Lord Charles Andrew Howard Junior, and through his youngest son, Lord Andrew Charles Howard.
