They met each other in 2272, Lt . Kevin Thomas Riley was returning from Talos Four where he just laid his family to rest after being slaughtered by Kudos, The Executioner, and he met the three Post War World Three orphans on board the USS Republic.

Susan Virginia Bell, Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell, and Katherine Grace Kelly were all sitting together in the garden listening to music on Karissa transitional radio. It brought up memories.

Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley decided to go into the garden and he didn't see them but he turned around and saw them sitting together and he apologized to them for intruding on their privacy.

"I am Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley. I have just been beamed up from Talos Four." Lt Kevin Thomas Riley tells them.

Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell tells him " No need to apologize to us. We come to the garden everyday. We are headed for Star-Base 12 from Planet Earth."

"I am returning to Star Base 12 myself. I am a student at Star-Fleet Academy." Lt Kevin Thomas Riley tells them.

Lt Kevin Thomas Riley spends all of his time with Katherine, Karissa, and Susan until they orbit around Star-Base 12 and one by one the remaining young people are transported down to Star-Base 12 and finally Lt Kevin Thomas Riley, Susan Virginia Bell, Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell, and Katherine Grace Kelly.

Standing at beam down point is Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR, Duke of Norfolk Territory, his first cousin twice removed, Lord Richard William Carey, Duke of Bedford Territory, his grandnephew, Lord David William Beck, nephew,Lord Richard Edward Howard The Second, and his youngest son, Lord Andrew Charles Howard to welcome the new arrivals and Lt Kevin Thomas Riley has on his right arm, Susan Virginia Bell, on his left arm, Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell and walking next to them is Katherine Grace Kelly.

All three of them are desired by Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR grandnephew, Lord David William Beck, his nephew, Lord Richard Edward Howard The Second, and his youngest son, Lord Andrew Charles Howard.

It is with Karissa that Kevin is the closest and Lady Karissa daughter, Lady Caroline Matilda Carey with Lord Richard William Carey marries Lord Kevin Thomas Riley The Second in 2301.
