She is the great-great-great-great-great-granddaughter, of Lord Patrick William Howard and she is the great-great-great-granddaughter of Lord Charles Andrew Howard SR, the third Duke of Norfolk Territory, through his son Lord Charles Andrew Howard Junior, the fourth Duke of Norfolk Territory, and through his son, Lord Andrew Charles Howard, the fifth Duke of Norfolk Territory and through his oldest daughter, Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard, The First Duchess of Norfolk Territory and her oldest daughter, Lady Karissa Ann Howard and to her husband, Lord Frederick William Howard The Fourth who is the youngest great-great-grandson of Lord Patrick William Howard through his oldest grandson, Lord Frederick William Howard The Second and through his youngest great-grandson, Lord Frederick William Howard The third.

She arrived on February 14, 2320, when her mother was only 22 years old, and her father was only 22 years old as they had been married for five years before she was born, but they were in no hurry to start their family.

When Lady Karissa Ann found out she was expecting their first child in May of 2319, she knew like her grandmother, and mother she would have a daughter first and Lord Frederick William Howard The Fourth and Lady Karissa Ann choose the names for their daughter, Victoria after her mother and Elizabeth after her dear mother and Lady Karissa Ann told her mother ' I can't bear being without you mother."
