Lady Samhain Wilhelmina Charlene Howard since the day of her birth on October 31, (Samhain The Pagan New Year) had been created Duchess of Clarence Territory in the name of her great-great-great-grandfather, Lord Patrick William Howard.
Lady Samhain was nicknamed by her mother, "The Peace-maker" of The Howard family and there was a good reason for it.
Lady Samhain was the sweetest child and she was most of her cousin's favorite cousin, Lord David William Beck told Lady Karissa " She is my favorite second cousin, and Lord Richard William Carey told Lady Karissa " She is my favorite third cousin."

I know you would have your favorite cousin, but let me tell you something, Lady Samhain is my daughter."
"Lady Samhain Wilhelmina Charlene is also Lord Andrew Charles Howard's daughter, as well" Lady Karissa explains
"Oh! Lord David William. You share the same terrible great-grandfather with Lady Samhain and Lord Richard William Carey, you share the same terrible great-great-grandfather with Lady Samhain." Lady Karissa explains.
Lord Andrew Charles walks in and he asks "What is so funny?"
"Your cousins were just telling me that Lady Samhain was their favorite second and third cousin." Lady Karissa tells Lord Andrew Charles.
"Oh! Is that all, Lord Charles Andrew Howard SR, and Lord Frederick William Howard, and no mention of Lord Charles Andrew Howard Junior or me." Lord Andrew Charles asks.
"Lord Andrew Charles Howard. We share the same terrible great-grandfather, Lord Frederick William Howard." Lord Richard William states.
"My great-grandmother and your grandfather were sister and brother." Lord Richard Willliam tells him.
"Lord Andrew Charles. My grandfather and your father were brothers." Lord David William Beck tells Lord Andrew Charles.
"Don't remind me of Lord Charles Andrew Howard SR or Lord Frederick William Howard." Lord Andrew Charles asks.
Lord Andrew Charles walks over to the crib where Lady Samhain is laying in and he picks her up and she gives her father a stare and he smiles

" She does look like me." Lord Andrew Charles tells Lady Karissa.
Lady Karissa looks at Lord Andrew Charles and she tells him " Oh! You doubt that Lady Elizabeth is your daughter, but not Lady Samhain, because she has your dark brown hair and brown eyes?"
"No. I don't doubt that Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane is my daughter." Lord Andrew Charles tells Lady Karissa.
"This daughter is special." Lord Andrew Charles tells Lady Karissa.
"Every child is special." Lady Karissa explains.
Lady Samhain Wilhelmina Charlene is very different from the rest of siblings and she is the first Duchess on Star Base 12 to declare that her Dukedom will go from male preferred primogeniture to matrilineal primogeniture in 2294 when she becomes Duchess in her own right.
Lady Samhain declares from The Balcony of Clarence House " I am Your Duchess by right and by birth and only my heiresses female of my body will inherit my Dukedom and Territory and they must bear the surname of Howard."
