He grew up in Bedford Territory with his aunt, Lady Sophia Charlotte Howard, and her son, Lord George Frederick Carey, Duke of Bedford Territory, and he grew up with his second cousin, Lord Richard William Carey.
In fact, Lord Richard William Carey's grandmother is his mother's second cousin, Lady Henrietta Ann Bourbon and Lord Richard Edward Howard The Second mother, Lady Beatrice Bourbon is also their second cousin.
They are all double third cousins, through their mother and share the same great-great-great-grandfather, Lord Robert Bourbon.
Lord Frederick William Howard The Third didn't have the same pressure laid upon him as Lord Charles Andrew Howard The Third, Lord Patrick William Howard The Second or Lord Andrew Charles Howard to marry, and have children.
Lord Frederick William Howard isn't forced to marry but he knows his duty to his great-grandfather, Lord Patrick William Howard of a blessed memory.
Lord Frederick William Howard The third in 2284, chooses Lady Mary Henrietta Grey, the second daughter of Lord Edmund Grey, Duke of Suffolk Territory and he marries her, and between them.
They have three children, Lord William Frederick Howard in 2288, Lord Frederick William Howard The Fourth in 2295, and Lady Susanne Henrietta Howard in 2299.
