He was the only son of Lord Richard William Carey, Duke of Bedford Territory and he was the third son and sixth child of Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann Howard and he was named in honor of his maternal grandfather, Benjamin Lawrence Lowell who lost his life due to radiation sickness on Post World War Three Planet Earth in June of 2270.
Lord Benjamin Lawrence Carey would be born on March 1, 2289, at Beltane Manor and one the day he was born he was created Duke of Langley in the name of his great-great-great-great-great-grandfathers, Lord Patrick William Howard, Lord John Carey and Lord Edmund Beaufort.
Lord Benjamin Lawrence inherited his father's dark auburn hair, and green eyes, as did his oldest sister, Lady Caroline Matilda Carey.
Lord Benjamin Lawrence Carey was more or less like his great-great-great-uncle, Lord Frederick William Howard, who married late, but not as late as his great-great-great-uncle, but rather he married in 2311, to Lady Henrietta Marie Bourbon, a young aristocrat lady who was studying Theater Arts at The University in 2308, and they courted each other while attending classes, and they performed in the same plays, did summer and winter stock together, before in 2309, he asked her to marry him, but they wanted to wait to graduate and then marry.
They graduated in 2310, and they planned to marry each other in June of 2311, and both were very excited, but Lord Richard William Carey looks at his only son and he is the one that will carry Lord John Carey's name into the future through the patrilineal line.
The matrilineal line would be carried by his oldest sister, Lady Caroline Matilda Carey, who was destined to become the First Duchess of Bedford Territory.
Lord Benjamin Lawrence Carey finally marries Lady Henrietta Maria Bourbon on June 21, 2311, and they are happy together, and with his beautiful Lady Henrietta Marie- he does carry Lord John Carey's name into the future as Lady Henrietta Marie and he had three children, and their first child born in 2315, is a son, Lord George Frederick Carey The Second,
named for his paternal great-grandfather, Lord George Frederick Carey, a second son, named for his father, Lord Richard William Carey
being born in 2320 and finally a daughter, Lady Sophia Charlotte Carey being born in 2325.
They all resemble their handsome grandfather, Lord Richard William Carey, Duke of Bedford Territory.
Lord Richard Willliam Carey had a total of seven very handsome and beautiful grandchildren between his two wonderful children.
